A couple of questions:

1) If the judge orders 50/50 custody but the girls refuse to spend time with Ioan, will his child support payments still be based on 50/50, and tough titties to Big Al as her PA is seeing her off?

2) Re the compatible living standards. As we know, Big Al’s living standards are above Ioan’s currently. She clearly cannot afford the BH place, so say she gets an apartment of a similar size and value as Ioan’s. If down the line Ioan upgrades his home, or relocates to somewhere where they would get a lot more for their money than LA, would he be obliged to upgrade Big Al’s accommodation to bring the girl’s living standards in line with his?

I think Alice is going to have to move to an affordable property and get a job or face losing custody. Moo!

So seems like Tone has had to majorly clear up his account - so much for him being there to fight; as soon as a policeman had a quiet word he folded like a deckchair. He's a coward and a pathetic excuse of a man imo. He could easily have supported his sister without resorting to abusing a young woman or his ex bil. I really hope he's removed his tweets because he's ashamed of his behaviour. I'm guessing it's really because he's been told to by Alice because she's desperate to cover up her nasty campaign of abuse that he was heavily involved in.

I hope there's a stipulation as the divorce concludes that pictures of the kids will be removed from online spaces, especially ones of them when very young.

With the case being as high profile as it is, it makes sense - re: evidence that strange men post pictures of them (Loopy), and living in an era where you can search for people via pictures - especially on gaming sites. It is very easy to find pictures that Alice has made public --- it would be the best for them and their sliver of privacy. I'm not a fan of the phrase but
