You know I assume the 2 other people are Tone and Ioan who gave gifts. Who TF else did she expect presents from? The neighbours? Maybe if the grandparents were in contact with the kids they would be able to send presents but I suspect it’s been many years since they were allowed or felt safe doing so.

But this is the Abuser talking here. I don’t believe a word she says, and she’s not going to tell her minions that the girls received more presents. That would spoil the narrative she spins and her pity party. This way she elicits sympathy from those who don’t know what she’s about, those who believe her and it enables her to grift even more. She’s a bleep!

Brianna Deutsch is also friends with Piers Morgan and his wife (and Alice's good friend) Celia. I'm sure she's lovely, but she is not the right person to handle the sale of Ioan's house, IMO. The mere fact Alice is insisting it be her should be enough to nip that idea in the bud. And Alice's name will never be placed on the deed. Can you imagine the judge agreeing to do that with the DVRO in place? Ridiculous.

Ioan needs to choose a realtor that best represents HIS interests and isn't under Alice's thumb. It's time for him to take control back of his biggest asset. Alice will receive a portion of the proceeds from the sale of the house. How much that is depends of whether they settle or the prenup is upheld. I have no doubt it will be

Tbh, they need a relator who will act in the interests of all parties. Given the situation and the plethora of creditors, they need a specialist who can maximise a sale in the short term. That won’t be anyone either of them is mates with.

Any “friend” of the family or either party who inserts themselves into the middle of this is an idiot.

I looked at a street view of their house and both houses to the side of them look really run down. Their bushes are overgrown so you barely see the gate or walls. So Alice is right in that respect, she wouldn't be able to see Ioan from the house. Given we have seen videos of the yard from Instagram, that is a mess as well. The houses that Redfin compare it with the neighborhood are light, airy and modern. I would surprised if they got as much as the Redfin valuation. It will depend if its a real-estate developer or a private seller who buys it.

It’s in a desirable area and ripe for redevelopment. It won’t be a problem to sell for a good price.

There are no levels Alice won't stoop to and he knows this. He's protecting himself against allegations. It's no secret Alice was desperate to get him inside that house in order to set him up.

It's curious how sometimes the girls have "no grandparents" but when she's trying to be even more hurtful she suddenly recognises that they have four. So the "evil stepmother" is their grandmother when there is a chance of grifting.

it takes quite some talent to estrange your kids from 4/4 grandparents and 3/4 uncle/aunts (with the sole exception being someone that regulary attacks the childrens father on twitter, and who was himself estranged until recently)

I think Ma Gruff thought Ioan lost his mind back in 2007 when he married her. It seems Gill had Alice's number from the start. It also sounds like there was drama between the two of them at the wedding.

So l really need to publicize the vicious, verbal and physical attacks that I have taken from your mother. (Yes physical) I have at least 20 from the wedding who have signed forms.

Given that a narc's accusations are admissions, I think that the vicious, verbal and physical attacks where done on Gill by mAlice.

Thanks you so much @Georgie883 feeling rough TBH. Granny now tested positive, we knew it was coming from her terrible cough, which is our biggest worry - because she doesn't have the strength to cough properly, so scared from pneumonia. She's in an adjustable bed, so we have her quite upright to help hopefully.

If that were the case I'd be single from my second pregnancy 15 years ago my whole family snore. Worse on my period, whenever I've been drinking or sick and whenever I was extremely overweight (lost about 10 stone and still cointing). My other half slept in the spare room whenever I was pregnant with our daughter as our son was still in with us and has learned to sleep with his arm over his ear

I’m a terrible snorer, so is my husband so we create quite a din much to the discomfort of our sons when they are stayin. I go to sleep with earphones in listening to the radio or podcasts. That helps if Mr Looo is asleep before me. Congratulations and very well done on your weight loss. Awesome work as it can’t have been easy

in fairness it does depend a bit. We know that they had previously the papers ready for the house sale (but Alice didnt sing), so they would have defined a realtor there already, and maybe even agreed on that specific one since it's one they both know. I dont know the specifics of those relationships, but I question anyone that is suggested by the Narc.

Also I noticed that regarding Alice's demand to transfer the property in Ioan and her name she also says "or as otherwise deemed necessary by Ms. Deutsch". In theory she would give that way her friend the legal power to transfer the house in Alice's name only, or am I seeing this wrong?

On the face of it, that appears to be the case. Surely Ioan’s lawyers will spot that and refuse. Could that be done, asking those who know about these things?

I watched the reunion yesterday (couldn’t get into it so switched off) and it dawned on me that he hasn’t really promoted it as he should no morning tv appearances (uk), which is common when you have something come out, rarely posts online.
She has destroyed his money, career, reputation. She is trying to stall the divorce so much and its crazy to think they have been split for 3 years already!
What are her plans for when the divorce is finalised and she has been left with $0 because she stalled so much and Ioan ran out of money?

I do feel for her in the sense of, she decided to be a stay at home mom and must be hard for
Someone in that position to find work after so many years out BUT like many others have said theres soooo much she can do. Translators, cameos, a normal 9-5. I honestly think she cba to work, doesn’t want to audition and tbh i don’t think she would ever get another acting job again after her behaviour.

It's downright odd but I think it's one of the stipulations Alice is pushing for to agree to sell. If the Judge agrees with Ioan that he should sell then surely that's null and void anyway?? Its now entering the third year of Ioan initiating divorce proceedings hopefully the Judge will rule in his favour.
