I’m feeling more sickened than ever by mAlice today. I recently donated to a go fund me for a 5yr old with an incurable brain disease who needed a new wheelchair because an airline had lost his. The airline has now found it, and his parents are trying to give everyone back the money they donated. Most of us have said keep the money anyway. While that spoilt, lazy, bitter and abusive old hag is scamming money from people to try embarrass her victim and keep him from his children. At 14 their opinion can in theory be taken into account (a judge can still refuse though), Alice already announced that it is her plan to drag the divorce until Ella is 14, and she may succeed tbh.

Ella is in a runaway age, I'm not convinced that she can be forced either way. I think realistically that relationship is gone until she either falls out with her mom or needs something her mother can't provide (money), which tbh might be in the not so distant future. Again, I'm not blaming the kid, but teenagers usually view relationships to their fathers more materialistic and have a much stronger bond to mothers, especially if their parenting is more lax than the father. It's very different for younger kids, they are more playful, and can be more easily swayed: that's why it's strongly recommended to break up before kids reach pre-teen age (if you think the realtionship is not salvagable). The younger one probably still falls under this, but time is running (and perhaps it is already too late), and it's probably extra hard if you have sister and mother influencing you.

As I explained at one point, if one child is absolutely refusing to go due to parental alienation, a judge can order a law guardian to talk to and represent the child and psychological exams.

What would destroy Alice - the law guardian will interview the child alone. It will be out of her control and she will lose her tit.

Btw - I set a precedent in NYS, by, in addition to the law guardian, hiring the twins their own attorney through a trust I had for them at the time. This is also another option and bypassed the law guardian who was an older gruff man who frightened them. They were afraid of men at that point.

I took them to meet several women attorneys on their own and they chose their own.

Unfortunately the girls will see it and I think she actively encourages them to look at some of the stuff regarding their dad. It will mess with their heads without a doubt, but Alice doesn’t care so long as she scores a Twitter point in her sad mind. For the normal day-to-day parenting stuff which isn’t having fun or eating food out of Uber Eats cartons she leaves it to Gloria.

I remember when my daughters were Big E's age. Them and their pals. They loved a drama. Anything happening with in their friendship group, a crowd of them would flutter around together squealing and chittering like a flock of demented starlings (I use that term deliberately, I watch the starlings every day in my garden and they're lovely but bonkers). They'd be all hyped up for a few hours, then drained and exhausted until the next wee drama rolled along.

And, to my mind, she'd be using these little dramas to insinuate herself into the "friendship" group, just one of the gang. Isn't she cool using SM like a pro and winding up boring old dad?! It's funny, ha ha, twitter, twitter.

She's such fun, having a couple of drinks, singing and dancing, encouraging everyone to just be wild, free, jumping off coffee tables and skipping up and down the back yard.

And when she's had a few, she buys anything and everything. Let's wait until Friday and nag her about the concert tickets, or the consoles, or the new clothes.

Then it gets boring.

Then it becomes an embarrassment.

She's drank too much and said too much on SM and the friends are not laughing with the kids so much anymore, they're laughing at them. The kids start to hear snide remarks made when they walk past - not just about their dad but about their mum, their house, the drinking, their clothes....

See, kids don't needs their parents to be friends, they need them to be parents. Plenty of time to adjust the parameters of relationships with them when they are adults themselves, but at 8 and 12, nearly 13 they need a mum - not a bloody big teenager caring for them.

As an ex social worker, I have seen many children of families with such parents - kids that had to parent their own mum and dad because of parental addictions, who were subjected to parental alienation and who had to be the mature one and say to their carer stop acting like an idiot in front of my pals you're embarrassing me! Kids who were bullied and emotionally scarred because of these "adults". Hell, I even lived through some of these myself.

But mAlice really needs to get her act together PDQ if she wants to save harming her kids more than she already has. She needs to remove the blinkers of selfishness and hate, sober up literally and figuratively, and start putting her kids needs first.

Just before I head off to lurk & catch up, thanks for all the lovely pix of Yo - they look so right together in a way that Ioan never did with Alice who dominated (him) in every picture. I loved B's dress but no way could I have worn a dress that long as I would have tripped over it!
The jewel colour suited her & the green matches that of Alice's jealousy, lol! I really hope Ioan got some good networking in & received some work offers as God knows he needs it & deserves it after all Alice has done to ruin him & his career. I saw B's IG post & how lovely & refreshing it must be for Ioan to have a partner who not only doesn't make constant digs about his appearance but actively loves, respects & fancies him & he sure as hell deserves it.

Trying to catch up & some discussion on PD's. While we're of course not in a position to diagnose her many of us have experience with Narcs (mine was thankfully brief but traumatic enough) so like some others here I am still going with her being a Narc.

Whatever issues Alice has, and as I’ve said I’ve no experience or knowledge of these so I bow to my fellow turds who do, she is just downright evil, evil and very cunning. Agreed- American here. Pre-existing is covered and cost is very variable. I thought CA had a state program even before Obamacare that people could shop or purchase insurance. She won’t have access to super coverage like I imagine SAG insurance is. Most of us deal with high co-pays, need to get referrals to specialists and no non-medically required and pre approved procedures or treatments. But she could get something. And since she is American, if she did go get a true medical assessment and diagnosis, she might become eligible for some federal or state assistance programs (thinking her mental and addiction issues). It is long process and wait lists but still. She really should do a treatment program for addiction now while still covered. Get Gloria and Ioan to work out caring for kids to slowly integrate them back to him. But yeah it is Alice. Won’t happen !

I take it these ailments would have to be actually diagnosed by medical proffesionals and not made up by Diagnose .me

Question for our American friends on here...how much would health insurance cost per year for Alice if she had to pay for it herself ? And the kids? Or is she uninsurable with her long list of ailments?

Private insurance can be very expensive here. 1000$ and up.

But I imagine the are insured through their membership in the Screen Actors Guild as long as membership fees are paid. Which would put them in a large "pool" and the cost would be much lower.

My ex was required to pay my health insurance for one year through a business association we were in.

I don't use social media and know of these people only from what I read here, and to be honest I usually just skim past the posts about them. But let's enter an alternate universe for a moment, in which Bianca's friends have sock accounts and are busy bashing Alice online. How would this affect in any way the divorce? I'm thinking it's a big so bleeping what, but am I missing something here that would help Alice in any material way whatsoever?
