Christ. Moaning about a routine that you decided to do yourself, talk about first word problems. Also calling it “womaning” when plenty of men would also have routine. Just feels a very stereotypical sexist thing to say in 2023.

She looks so old, in a rich old had a lot of Botox sort of way. Not fresh faced or youthful at all. It's not her I don't think, it's the hair styling, the brows, the make-up, the lips, the slightly discoloured white parts of the dress. If she was going for timeless bridal in a Miss Havisham way, she's nailed it.
She ages herself with all that heavy makeup.

Has she recently read anything longer than an instruction manual on a Dyson hair tool? I just love that our girl boss babe didn’t read the t’s and c’s of the leaseholder agreement. Business school lesson number 1, always read the contract!

Would her solicitor not have known that they were planning on using it for commercial reasons, and highlighted this to her in the lease agreement?

Their solicitor may not have asked/been told of their commercial intentions, otherwise it would have been highlighted.

Then bleeping sleep? No one except the industry you've chosen to sell your soul to is telling you to do all of this on a nightly basis. It is totally within her right and ability to say, "not today". Maybe if she did half that she wouldn't feel so obligated to look perfect.

Like I get it. I, as a normal person, feel pressure to get the beauty treatments and wear the makeup and spend the money on clothing. But I'm well aware that it's a white, capitalist and patriarchal society that is telling me to do this. I also learned at an early age that I don't conform to society's ideal of "beauty", so what's the point in trying so hard 😂 She's a slave to capitalism...maybe do yourself a favor and start divesting, Vic. And maybe stop trying to provide insightful commentary on an industry that you've spent your career upholding, supporting and funding.

Yeah, this is what I think. They didn't disclose their intentions for the space prior to purchasing the unit.

Yeah that makes sense, but insane as to why they wouldn’t be fully transparent with the solicitor. And/or read through the lease themselves.

So must've been a cash purchase then?

Possibly! Pretty sure the terms of a residential mortgage are it’s got to be your main and principal home and not subletting out or using for commercial reasons without prior consent from the bank. They may have had consent from a bank, although a bank will have a copy of deeds/lease and won’t agree if it explicitly says not to do that. After all, the bank owns the property not you so won’t risk being foul of the lease! Could have been a cash buyer so less questions were asked by all involved in the transaction.

It looks like her rebranding to tacky wannabe lux socialite wasn’t just for the instadollars but she actually thinks that‘s who she is now.
She really thought buying a flat in Manchester launches her into the luxe influencer era!

Did she just reference removing a face mask as hard work 🤣🤣🤣. God forbid she had a full time job, housework to do, children to raise and friends to socialise with. She wouldn’t cope living my life, she’d have a breakdown 12 hours in.

The average person doesn’t have cleaners, gardeners and personal assistants to sort recycling out etc. Yet I still post more content on my instagram than she does and I’m not an influencer. I can say with confidence that my content is better quality, more aesthetic and actually up to date 😆.

Aw, Vic. You tried. Margot Robbie, however, did not have awful fake tan stained ankles or crinkly feet from the strain of trying to balance on the pads of her feet.
