So in her latest story talking about her trip to A&E for the migraine, she says after she left she really wanted to get a McDonald's but he said no...
She went to A&E for a migraine? I get migraines so I’m not one of those “it’s just a headache”, they kick your arse but I don’t know if it warrants a trip to A&E especially as she managed to take a quick snap for her insta story.

Jfc I haven't watched Helen for AGES and I decided to watch this bloody tattoo vlog. Has she totally lost the plot?! She comes across like she's high
I thought that too her driving home from the train station she seemed off her cake.

Whoever the tattoo artist is, she could benefit from going to some life drawing classes. She has very little knowledge of correct anatomy and the way clothes drape over musculature.

Saw same talk on the last forum about Helen rushing into relationships and I used to feel that way about her too but my longest relationship just ended and my life orbited around him... its really hard. Like Helen I am an extroverted person and the attention and companionship of a relationship is hard to come by from friends especially when you were previously not needing that much support as you had a relationship. It's much easier to go on dates than make friends, bumble BFF feels like the only option as I I had to move home and I'm living in a different city from all of my friends... to an extent dating feels like the only way I get to leave the house. Going on dates has made me realize what was missing in your previous partnership, some of the faults in the relationship and myself. I think Helen is scared to be alone, and that Phil and her aren't the best fit buy he isn't as driven as Mark and seems to need the companionship. My last relationship should have ended much sooner but we had moved in together and I was scared to ask for help to leave, he spoke down to me, was annoyed by me, made negative comments about my weight to his friends - but i stayed, and I would have continued to if he didn't break it off. Helen won't leave Phil, she likes the companionship. That's why she married Maff! Anyway. Everyone is different and her asking "what does Helen want" is a great step for her! She's codependent as duck. There's programs for it. It's a challenge.

Like I get that migraines are bad and I’m not dismissing them but I’m sorry what a waste of time, just get Fiwl to go to boots and get some serious pain, turn off your neon and all your tablets and lie in the dark.

Thing is - that whole story time, she didn’t need to share it because it’s just such a non-story but she’s such an attention seeker.

I watched her latest vlog and it was painful. Was it really necessary to film that much of the journey? She must look insane wandering around public transport talking away as she records. I've never really watched vlogs but I assume most of them aren't someone just wandering around chatting bollocks and narrating their most mundane activities?

The only interesting part was the chat with the tattoo artist, although I did get the impression Helen was wanting her to say that influencing was exhausting and she felt super pressured doing both Insta and tattooing. I don't think Helga can really get on board with a driven and positive attitude to a busy life :D.

In regards to Phil, personally I didn't find the recycling chat that bad - most relationships aren't sweetness and light all the time and people get narky with each other, it doesn't necessarily mean anything, tone can be easily misunderstood when you don't know someone. I find the constant 'love you' talk more suspicious - I've commented before that 'love you's' are not frequently flung around in my 15 year relationship and that doesn't bother me because I've been in other relationships where it was said all the time and meant nothing. I'm more concerned with behaviour than words. When Helen and Phil say it, it sounds like they are both trying to convince themselves and the audience, not like they mean it.

I've also been meaning to say Helen stopping Phil getting a McDonalds after the pub was twattish behaviour on her part. When you're pissed you want some dirty junk food, not a reheated Hello Fresh dinner :ROFLMAO:.

Oh and if your migraine is so bad you need A&E you're definitely too ill to be nipping on to social media to let everyone know you went there. She wants to try eating less shite and drinking less booze and she may find her migraines miraculously improve, the attention seeking, time wasting bint.

Her bedroom alone would give me a migraine, all those clashing sickly prints. My friend gets regular migraines and she literally has to lay in a quiet, dark room. Makes me laugh all these ppl who post on sm saying they have a migraine....

She said in the stories that the pain was so bad and she was vomiting her pain so she called 111 asking for advice because she couldn't do her usual painkiller+nap.

They wanted to send her an ambulance but it was a long wait, so the operator suggested she gets driven to A&E (which Phil did), then once Helen got there the wait was hours long too and the pain started to subside so she left without being seen.

I'm assuming the severe migraine + vomiting being warning signs for concussions and other life-threatening conditions, the operator was probably just following procedures but no she didn't need to go there since the pain went eventually.

Didn't she stop the pill because of the migraines? It's clearly not had any effect, you'd think she'd insist on seeing a specialist? (and also adopt a healthy lifestyle!!)

I loved it when Helen posted that she doesn't think that a bedroom should just be a restful place, after we all commented on how MUCH the bedroom was. Like the TV, the cluttered shelf, the neon the prints.

I wonder why you have a headache?

Maybe have an ice cream in bed watching the TV with the neon in the background and have a think about it.

Dairy, chocolate, alcohol are all triggers for migraines, so are flashing/ bright lights.

Its like she's made herself a headache den.

She’s better then? Considering last night she was puking into a mop bucket in A&E.

It's probably from the week before or something because the brand will have had to approve it first. What I don't get is why Nuii keep paying her for ads when she always goes on about Magnums. I'm also surprised the ad has a photo of her outside rather than in the headache cave of doom bed.

Yeah, Nuii ice creams look pretty appetising but I'm never gonna buy them because I just associate the brand with Helen pretending to love them

Long time lurker and first time poster here! I've watched Helen for years. She's not been the same since her wedding and subsequent split. That being said, she's probably dealing with the fact that she married someone knowing it was going south before they tied the knot.

Now for the migraine thing. The posts irked me. I have severe chronic migraines and have had them all of my life. They are debilitating; I've been hospitalised twice and been on so many medications that I've lost count.

The hospital is a last resort. It's time to call an ambulance when my face is stuck to the toilet seat and I'm literally crying in agony. How she had time/energy for an A&E photoshoot is beyond me - especially with all the bright lights, sounds and smells. I've just come out of a spell of 5-6 migraines and I can just about use my phone again.

I will say though, someone mentioned here it can be made better by adopting a healthier lifestyle. It's not always that simple unless you know what triggers them. If it's a hormonal imbalance then you have to take birth control to even it out.

She has in the last week that I’ve seen keep tagging Nuii ice cream in insta stories and mentioning them on camera so it was clear that another Ad deal had happened…

I’m also a sufferer of migraines (sweeeet sweet codeine is the only thing hits that stuff) since I was a kid and was purely brought on by sugar and not eating properly. Still can’t have a full fat coke despite the decrease of sugar… but I’ve always known my triggers. So have 99% I’ve been able to manage it and I think a lot of people know how to once the triggers are identified. It seems like it could be a result of the tattoo she got - doesn’t she even say in the vlog that she tends to find herself with a headache after the adrenaline wears off?

edit: just wanted to further explain as a response to a comment above that whenever I got a migraine I always vomited. It was just the way my body reacted to the situation. Obviously a migraine and vomiting on its own when you’ve never experienced it will indicate unusual activity in your body, so therefore seek help, but for me it was how it coped with the pain 🤷🏻‍♀️

I suffer from crippling (dramatic yes, but hey) migraines that last 2-3 days at times and going to the A&E is just a strain on resources. What can they possibly do? Give you some stronger tit that will make you feel sick, sorted.
If possible, go see a specialist. Go on long term medication (do ya research bebes first). There are so many ways to approach this

So...after a crippling migraine, her first thought was 'MCDONALDS'? Right. Sounds normal/believable.

So it's cringy when you go to an instagrammable place to get a picture, but when you supposedly have a bad migraine your first thought is "let me take a pic of the bucket, that's content"? Okay then :ROFLMAO:

I think the tattoo looks really out of place, it's just stuck between two other questionable tatts... Maybe that's what's making it look crappy, the placement perhaps..

So in her latest story talking about her trip to A&E for the migraine, she says after she left she really wanted to get a McDonald's but he said no...
- She really should stop going straight for junk food after she's been poorly
- She had some McDonald's food on Saturday already, that's a bit much?
- "He said no" - She's an adult ffs, why can't she say that he advised her against it?
This is the same pattern she's had in every relationship she's had, maybe penis nosed Fiwl is a wanker but something tells me Helens controlling manipulative greedy nature pushes these lads to the limit sometimes... Look at the whole 'hanging up a curtain rail' vlog. Fiwls knackered, been at work all day, and politely says he does not want to put it up so late at night, helga just pushes and pushes (changes her voice to that squeaky baby voice pulls all the faces she pulls rolling eyes ect) and pushes to get her own way. It was the same with Maff, Ben.. Mark.. Blah blah.. She might tell her mates he's done this and that but she's always the victim.. Two sides to every story..
