Thank you for sharing that info. This problem has dogged me since birth. Only back then nobody knew anything about it. Doctors still don't care about diet related things. I do very well on Oatly etc and on any old cheese which has no sugar and worn out protein! Kefir also works well for me too.

Harry and Meghan were not invited to last evening's Los Angeles premiere of the Bob Marley film, "One Love." As executive producer of the film, Brad Pitt came to the premiere along with a smattering of other celebrities. The movie isn't a likely blockbuster, so Harry and Meghan's presence at the Jamaican premiere seems nothing more than flipping the bird to the monarchy and Commonwealth.
