I'm not one to hold grudges. I do believe people can change and like to try and see the best in people. I really think the RF originally had this mindset too! How many times did they openly give H&M the 'benefit of the doubt' olive branches much to our dismay. Yey time and time and time again they showed their true colours. They sold stories, books, have interviews dragging his family through the mud over and over. The RF have had enough!

Things could be going wrong now for Harry in Monteshitshow and he is honestly going to regret his actions. That time is coming sooner than he realises.
cutting Narcs out your life has nothing to do with holding a grudge! ...Its done to protect your own mental health and well being, which has already had a battering, the battering you allow as your hoping its a phase or making allowances for certain destructive behaviours etc hoping to see change, trying to look for the best in them, and the whole time your thinking this and making allowances the narcs campaign intensifies with further plotting and scheming its a hard lesson to learn Leopards never change their spots

It remains to be seen just how long he will
My husband had a digestive disorder and now he drinks Actimel yoghurt drinks which seems to have helped. Yacult is also available but he prefers the taste of the Actimel.
i have mild IBS had it on and off since I was a child back in the 60’s it was call S p a s t i c
colon then (had space that word out as it came up with stars as it’s an offensive word )
Long long list of things I should not eat that made me a fussy eater in the end I ate what I liked knew what would set off I went years with no problems
Then 5 years ago bam
I don’t like spicy food so that’s good
I have found out by trial and error that I have a mild dairy intolerance so I have oatley Barista milk on cereal in cofffee which is yummy only cows milk in tea I have a actimal every day has to be flavoured one though
My oldest granddaughter was breast fed till a year old as a my daughter said it was free and no additives as soon as dairy was added she got really poorly got asthma tried soya milk no good
She had tests and it was a protein allergy
That is in soya too
She has grown out of it now but is careful with any thing that has dairy in as it can upset her tummy if she over indulges at a birthday party
Oddly she hates the taste of dairy cheese prefers what I call the plastic stuff
She is very lean but healthy
The specialist said our bodies can’t digest cows milk properly and it might not cause stomach problems but could cause other issues like skin rashes bloating headaches and joint problems

Simon Dorante- Day is allegedly going to approach Harry for DNA. For those who don’t know, Simon believes he is Charles and Camilla’s son, despite strong evidence that he is not.

There was a royal correspondent from The Times on GMB and she reported that the King felt tired following "a procedure" on Monday, hence the short meeting with Harry. Which reading between the lines would indicate that he hadn't expected Harry to come or made plans in his diary to see him...

It was Roya Nikkah

This is the lowdown on narcs. They can't change , they become covert and fake & hide behind a mask . All the while still talking to their victims with tongues of fire but making it seem as if what they are saying is totally innocuous but the victims can hear the hidden meanings as plain as day .

I hold grudges... big time.

I can't remember why I walk into a room, but I can tell you exactly what someone did in 1985 that pissed me off so much they made my tit list ;)

I give people lots of chances but once I'm done, there's no way back in.

Why do the press not get how much damage Harry has done and that he will never stop being toxic. Why do they want him back?
