a couple things 1) the last court case was soo egregious and he was litigant in Person to save costs, that the judge listened to nex claims and demands and judge made it clear that he didn't believe his claims and would hold him to a veeeery high standard of evidence etc. He then announced that he would deputize himself (which he did right then and there, in the court room) to the High Court because he himself wanted to see it play out and make the judgment. The asshole visibly panicked and then the judge added that if nex did not meet the judge's standard of proof etc, he would rule against the nex and make him pay not just all my legal expense but even consider damages, as he was one case away from being deemed "vexatious litigant". NEx pooped himself and wiithdrew the application. 2) I was the greyest of greyrocks. I had cut off all means of contact and communication so he took me to court to force me to communicate with him (yeah). I had an IDVA (Independent Domestic Abuse Advocate) read the emails as they would cause me major panic attacks. the IDVA and I would agree if a response was necessary and what iit should be but she kept an eye on if it was swaying into abuse or threat territory and would add that to the very long report that the police had on him. It was interesting as he was a suspect in a viiolent assault that took place in our part of London on a lady who looked like me. They never managed to prove it (or catch the perp) but he was prime suspect not just because of the physical similarites but the behaviour specialists thought the record they had on him suggested psychopathy. He still doesn't know about his record as it is protected under Domestic Abuse protocol. 3) I lost my job and so he knew he coould no longer try to come after me for maintenance/other money and 4) our child that was sadly the plaform for his years of attacks turned 18 and that was it. No more grounds for anything. He timed out. It was insidious and tbh the legal system is wildly abused like this very very often. It is an actual tactic that Father4Justice train their members on. I've seen it. It is awful.
ETA - in April 2021, I believe, a law regarding this sort of abuse was passed to help stop women (who are 90% of the time the targets/victims). It is deemed Post-separation Abuse and was added to the Domestic Abuse Act, I think (am not a lawyer) but iit is still early days and judges are not trauma informed and not yet properly trained regarding this new law. Although Charlotte Proudman is a loud defeneder of Smegs and believes the Sugar Campaign that poor Smegs is a victim, Proudman was also instrumental in the drafting and passing of this law.
There are dedicated support groups for victims of this kind of abuse.
As in this case the targets are his father AND his brother, there is no real expiration point. Slag and her handbag could very well do this for decades. I firmly believe that her main gripe is that she wasn't allowed to barge to the front of the queue and grab the top table and be appointed Queen, like she did and does with restaurants. I firmly believe the "one plane crash away from the throne" story and because TQ didn't abdicate and usher her ahead of Chuck and Wills to become Queen (as absurd as that it is to even imagine - but she is absurd), she is seeking her revenge and the demise of the monarchy. She wanted them to modernise the monarchy to change the rules so that she wouldn't have to bow to literally anyone and that the new rules would put her on the throne and have everyone bowing to her.
