Winning a certain type of legal cases became a exercise in winning public outrage/support, media support via choosing the right outlet (political spectrum) and then recruiting sufficient activists and social media users to scream loud enough in favor of the desired outcome of the case.
It certainly isn't visible anywhere: proper procedure, rights, questioning and leaving biases and ego's at the courtroom doorstep.
Justicia instead of being just blind , became a figure with a leash around its neck, or a bull's nose ring.

The BP investigation is no longer "ongoing" so she is free to speak and claim that her client and Stoat are innocent.
The BP investigation has found that H&M are workaholics who the dozy BP staff couldn't keep up with, put it down to culture clash and drawn a line under it.
Afia is negligent, incompetent and has jeopardised her client's case by pre-empting the outcome and rubbishing the complainants.
If the investigation was ongoing Afia would be risking legal action with these comments outside the Court and then on BBC. She's a highly ranked privacy and reputation lawyer, so her disparaging comments about the bullying victims to me speaks volumes as to where this investigation has gone. I could be totally wrong, JMO.

I'm terrified of combing my hair because of the amount of hair on the comb. I've cropped my hair short myself to avoid any need to faff around with it because it's deeply upsetting and yet too embarrassing to watch a hairdresser dealing with it. I can manage most things without getting upset but I absolutely dread combing my hair, it hurts my soul.I was thinking too that if my hair is short it gives any nutrients in my body a chance to penetrate or work on rebuilding/strengthening the short hair.
