Can't believe how much people on the big brother thread are kissing the ass of the man who thinks he's a woman. They all think they're so morally superior, don't they?

Talking about prison, I read this article today about the Scottish trans prisoner Tiffany Scott being convicted of more assaults whilst in prison. By way of background, Scott was imprisoned as a male and is deemed one of the most dangerous prisoners in Scotland. To emphasis how dangerous he is, at one stage they dropped charges against him for some previous assaults committed in custody because they thought it would be too difficult to adequately protect everyone involved in transferring him to court and also within the court itself.

At some point he claimed to be transgender hence now being referred to as 'Tiffany' and astonishingly, earlier this year, he was set to be moved to a female prison. However, the Adam Graham/Isla Bryson debacle led to the Scottish government blocking the move at the last minute. Imagine the complete lunacy of planning to move one of the most violent prisoners in the UK into a women's prison simply because they say they're female.

Anyhow, I read the article and just marvelled at the absurdity of everyone having to refer to him as 'her' throughout ,when it's obvious to all that the 'transition' was a sham just to try to get into a women's prison. A sham that almost paid dividends.

I imagine if anyone had correctly called him 'him', they would have been castigated for misgendering him. Complete madness.

New one or old one yes they can as a GRC makes them legally their chosen gender and neither require surgery to obtain. Screenshot is from UK govt website
What does living in your assumed gender really mean though?

There are a lot of women posting in this group and the Venn diagram we drew of all of us wouldn't overlap on many things I'd imagine, XX chromosomes, female frames, female anatomy etc, those would all be things we could agree on (not excluding people who are intersex or those who have had necessary surgery like hysterectomies) but we wouldn't all have long hair, wear make up, wear dresses, wear high heels, giggle at things, like pink so how can someone 'inhabit a gender' when what being a woman means is so different? I'm not celebrating Caitlyn Jenner as a woman because he bought a wig and got boobs, reducing being a woman to aesthetics is selling womankind short, I don't become more or less a woman in a hoodie or a little black dress

This makes me sad, because at the end of the day, whilst AGP mid-life crisis or porn addled 20s and 30s shout loudest about wanting to pee blah blah blah, in amongst them there’s young kids and teens and early 20s who are dragged into the strong current. When I was that age was was an angsty teen spending hours on Tumbler retweeting angsty gifs and posts about film romances (period dramas lol) and getting all upset that I didn’t fit in with modern world where sex (intercourse) seems like a must at a young age rather than gentle courtships etc. If you could have sold me a happy fix solution I’d have rationalised it and fallen for it. These young impressionable kids and young adults end up falling in with voices that they think make sense at the time, and then give it a few years and think WTF did I use to think. The part about going ahead because the insurance would pay for it goes to show that if you dangle a carrot at someone they will try to snatch it. This person now is set up for a world of pain for the rest of their life. And of course in the wake of it all womens rights dragged under.

Goosebumps. This is the energy 🙌🏻
She was so fierce but her hand holding her phone was shaking like a leaf. To me that tells you everything. She’s massively outside her comfort zone but she’s there speaking anyway because it’s so important.

I salute every single one of my sisters who stands up to speak. Ovaries of steel <3

Totally. I’ve seen SM and media posts where a woman has been slated for wearing a particular outfit, then Eddie Izzard puts the same one, looks like someone’s Nan on a cruise, and gets plaudits for it
It gets even worse when you remember that the woman was Queen Letizia of Spain!

Wow, has anyone seen the video of the two people taking down posters of Israeli hostages (in the US)? It’s a TIF and girlfriend. The TIF is quite obviously female, but with a hint of a tiny beard and short hair (obvs). Soft feminine voice. Dressed in the usual trans uniform with badges and patches all over her clothes. In the video she’s being confronted by a Jewish person who is asking her why she’s doing that and she said it’s because it’s not helping the conflict. She literally ripping down posters of women and children who have been kidnapped and putting them in the bin. She actually she’s ‘I’m not a fan of Hamas, but…’ as if Hamas is a brand of cheese she’s not keen on 😱 but the comments are killing me. Every single person just about us referring to her as she/her. Probably very liberal people. It just made me laugh/smh because it’s so obvious. I don’t see anyone mentioning misgendering because in light of such a serious thing as what’s going on, it seems so bloody ridiculous. Because it is! Misgendering is NOT genocide.

If that was trans people being taken hostage (or one of her relatives) she’d be putting the posters up not tearing them down.

I don’t want to link it but it was posted by hen mazzig on insta if you want to take a look.
These gay and trans people supporting Hamas make me sick. Go and live there and see how much tolerance you'll get. Fucking bunch of muppets.

There are far more straight women than LGB propping up the TRA agenda in my opinion - being a lesbian right now must be bloody horrific, facing total erasure with constant gaslighting attempts to make them sleep with 'trans lesbians'. Turning on LGB women makes NO sense to me at all, it's the middle class, white, straight people who need to feel special and 'different' who are driving the majority of this not LGB women

Why are you all so sensitive and take everything so personally?

Listen, I was a harsh above, I'd had some wine, but I am absolutely right. The LGB pearl clutchers on this thread, desperately trying separate themselves from the TQ is laughable. All bang in with LGBT until you realised the horror show that it is, now it's clear as day they've gone for the kids, they've obliterated women's rights, safeguarding and over course same sex attraction, you are all jumping ship. The rest of us are still expected to be kind and just go along with you... Well, no. You can't have it your way anymore.
---

I think it's about time we spoke up and loudly. We've been abused long enough. Why do I need to keep playing a game that is detrimental to my children, women and myself in general?
---

Had a bit of a strop. Couldn't delete it. However, I have fully had enough of this tripe.
You understand of course that lesbians, and many bisexual people are (white?) women too though right? They aren't coming for your children, in my experience lesbian women especially have been pushing back on the TQID.I.S.C.O shite for a looong time.

I mean, am I disillusioned with some gay men for going along with this shit, and not supporting women (who have long supported them) yes I am. Do I think Stonewall have completely lost their collective minds. Yes I do.

But do I lump a whole subsection of society who happen to be gay in with those who are parading a fetish and are dangerous? No.

This is exactly why the T has grafted themselves onto the LGB - to try and confuse people into accepting them... because otherwise we hate people for the way they are born. It's why they call us right wing. It's why they introduced the nonsense word that is transphobe. It's designed to shut people down because they're afraid to be 'on the wrong side of history'. It's designed to divide the people who might stand up and say no into small groups bickering with each other while they sweep through and take all of the rights that other groups have fought for. And it works.

I just had a run in with a TRA who said that it was the right of all trans people to use disabled toilets because they were ‘too vulnerable’ in regular facilities. So sick of these creeps stomping over everyone else’s rights.

They even insisted that ‘most trans people are disabled because they’re autistic’. What the actual fuck…Firstly it’s grossly reductive, and secondly it doesn’t take into account that not all autistic people need separate bathrooms (some may but certainly not all!)

. It’s very typical, seemingly, for TRAs to try to appropriate other identities and then parasitise their rights.

When I was little, back in early 90's, my best friend and next door neighbour was a proper little tom boy. She refused to wear dresses and would have fits when her mam would try and dress her in one. She's not really a friend now as we grew apart but I have her on social media and guess what? She's a lesbian. Just a normal woman who looks very happy and just a normal happy woman.
If she was born 15/20 years later and her parents fell into the trap of 'your daughter was born in the wrong body' it could have been such a different story for her.
A lad in my sisters year was obviously gay and very effeminate and when he was about 9 or 10 he was caught trying his mums clothes on when she was downstairs. His parents just rolled with it. Bought him some of his own clothes, told him he can't steal mums clothes but whatever he wants goes in terms of clothing and i think he started going by his surname which could be a unisex name.

In his teens he went through a goth phase and went hyper masculine in terms of his styling.

He is now happily married to a man and they have an adopted baby.

He would 100% be transed in this day and age. As it was he just had some complex feelings to work through and he is all the better for waiting to see what happens.

I also went to school with a girl who was a Tom boy. I remember asking my mum why we bought her an action man for her birthday present not a barbie 😅 She's married to a woman and they have IVF twins.

The answer is rarely transition but it is the only answer that us sought now 😔

So true! Women get grief for being too frumpy if they try to be modest, or too flirty if they try to dress in a more sexy way, they get told they are honey traps or mutton dressed as lamb but as soon as a man puts a dress on he's brave and a shining star

This eroding of Women must stop. Women's spaces, etc. Women have the right & courtesy to the Women's toilets , over and above normal Human Being toileting. They also have natural, private hygiene essential over & above Men's bodies. Their time of the Month.
I don't want to have to use multiple unisex toilet rooms. I
I've mentioned on here previously that I have spent a lot of time on hospitals over the past years due to a chronic health condition. However, the first time I was admitted to hospital was around 1999/2000 for an operation to fix a broken ankle. I was shocked to be in a mixed orthopaedic ward. It was awful. This wasn't because of a fear of being assaulted by any of the men (although that happened in a much later stay on a same-sex ward by the only male allowed on the ward - a health care assistant, but that's another story). Obviously even in same-sex wards, you try to cover up as much as you can because you are amongst strangers, but when you're wearing hospital gowns which are open at the back, or even in your own nightwear, you really don't want to be in the same space as men.

But the worst part of it was sharing the showroom/toilet facilities. As you say, we have much greater overall hygiene needs which require privacy and dignity. In mixed bathrooms, the smell is completely different (worse) and I can testify that they are much dirtier throughout. I had to brace myself every time I went into the bathroom in a way that I didn't when I was on female only wards. I hated being on that ward with every fibre of my being because of the bathroom situation. I remember that the beds closest to the bathroom were occupied by men which just aggravated my discomfort.

And as you say, having single cubicles in so-called gender neutral toilets does not in anyway alleviate the loss of privacy and dignity.

Someone I know shared this post on Instagram. It says that our modern day ‘transphobia’ is the same as the homophobia of the past. This is a view held by (or forced on to) alot of people I know, and this is why they go along with it. They are terrified of accidentally being homophonic, or being ‘hateful’.
I have no idea how to argue against this view as a straight woman. I’m told I’m not educated enough 🤷🏻‍♀️ but to me, it’s simple biology. Sex cannot be changed.
---

In my experience of maternity services the NHS are still using woman, mother, maternity etc… it’s more the ‘holistic’ birth world who are using ‘inclusive’ language - hypnobirthing, antenatal and postnatal services (like daisy birthing) breastfeeding charities, doulas etc
I tried to make this point earlier in the thread but did it poorly. The problem is queer theory which should never have left academia theory, but is now not only pushed but being taught as standard. Back in the 70's, gay people did not have the same civil rights as straight people and yes, that was and is wrong. However, that is not the situation with trans because they not only have the same civil rights as everyone else, they have obtained immense privileges that crush the rights of another group (women). To address the image and fear of being called transphobic (honestly a badge of honour these days), they are teaching queer theory in schools, they are indoctrinating the children, there is evidence that kids do grow out of it - so the facts completely contradict and dispel the fearmongering propaganda.

Aren’t asexuals and incels two sides of the same coin? No one wants to shag either of them but the asexuals are trying to pretend they don’t care.

Genuinely, can someone help me to understand. If the trans community are so small a % of the population, then why are politicians pandering? Such a niche demographic. Is it not like promising Ipswich FC a new stand if they get elected? Very important to the few (Ipswich fans), largely ambiguous to others but likely to piss Norwich right off. Apologies for the terrible analogy 🤣

Caster Semenya is a man. He has internal testes and ambiguous genitalia. He has been through male puberty so I’m pretty sure he and everyone around him, including the scout who discovered him, was well aware he is a he.

The Rio 800m women’s race had three male medal winners. They are all African and all have the same DSD as Semenya - 46 XY 5-ARD - a condition which only affects males. There are scouts who scour the country for men with DSDs in developing countries as they are assured of athletic success, even if they’re not very good. There’s a lot of money to be made.

This website compares high school boys records with Olympic women’s records. School boys pretty much knock Olympic women out the park in every single category.

I was going to grudgingly vote Labour, as I’m very concerned about other issues too. But at this stage Starmer evidently isn’t going to correct the awful effect of PIP on applicants, or the economic stress upon people on benefits, or make any tangible effort to remedy the NHS, or even to control rent spirals, build more council housing, or to do something about the many things the UK has screwed up in other countries (such as Afghanistan).

He isn’t making any effort to control disproportionate energy price hikes or to sort out the coastal/water pollution since EU legislation was scrapped. He honestly may as well be a Tory and won’t bring any improvements IMO.

It’s such a disappointing position to be in because, for the first time, I don’t think there’s any point in voting as all the options are so bad.
I'm a single issue voter. If you can't tell the truth about what a woman is, and admit to the reason for our lifelong oppressions, then I will not vote for you. I don't think there has ever been a particularly good Labour government. They used to talk the talk, but not be able to walk it, now they are just a bunch of virtue signalling pricks who have sold women down the swanee.
