Hello..very new to tattle. Been enjoying lurking in these threads though. Been great to see some honest debate. Anyway, has anyone here watched the film "Never, Rarely, Sometimes, Always"? It's pretty distressing, but it does a good job of highlighting what women have to deal with, big and small. (There was a scene where the two girls get on the bus, followed closely by a young man. You know immediately he will sit next to them and try to talk to them. And he does. Even though they are clearly being distant with him in response he just keeps on going. Who can't relate to that casual invasion of personal space? And it shouldn't be like that.) So sad that women have to put up with stuff like this even in a first world country :(
Yeah, every guy they encountered wanted something from them. And that perve wanking on the subway. Was very good at showing what teenage girls go through

I'm pretty certain the vaccine disrupted my cycle as well. I've spent 30+ years being bang on every 30 days and suddenly I was every 23 days and needing antibiotics every 6 weeks for cystitis. GP initially put it down to perimenopause, then decided to send me for a kidney scan because of the recurring infections. By the time the appointment came through, everything was back to normal and has remained so ever since, but there was a four-month window where I was a miserable, hormonal, razorblade-peeing mess. Sure, just a minor inconvenience.
I wish that the people who created and who are selling the vaccine, could perhaps check some of these side effects from the vaccine and maybe produce a slightly different version of the vaccine for those who are liable to get side effects! (Or check immunity and whether or not the vaccine is really needed each time!)

It seems fairly common for some women to have issues with hair dye and skin reactions after the vaccine as well!

I have had all 3 doses of the vaccine, but was so tired after each of them, I found it hard to get out of bed for a few days after each injection, cos i felt so rough!

Not sure if this has already been mentioned but an email to ask who has designed the course as she has read of a number of problems where things like the equality act has been misrepresented and she does not want to risk delivering a course that could make people uncomfortable or at worst lead to legal action.
That’s a good idea, will pass that along to her.

Thank you!

I used to really like him years ago - but I didn’t know about the chasing young girls thing then. I saw him recently in a show on Netflix called ‘Stay Close’ and I really liked him in that. I thought he looked quite good as a slightly camp older bloke with longer hair, in ‘girl mode’ he just looks ridiculous and I don’t know why he can’t see that.
Nooooo is he in that?! It's on my list but I didn't know he was in it 😳

It was at Eurovision - Dutch women are often tall, the other presenters were tall, Nikki towered over them and yes, broad of figure.

What do you all think about this? Trans man told to leave barbers as they "don't do women's haircuts." https://tattle.life/threads/19920/

Eta: posted too soon. Was going to say I don't blame them as the individual does look very much like a woman, but I think that spokesman could've done better than "we don't cut long hair" - the person in question seems to have short hair, and also some men have long hair? Would they then turn them away?
Person who wants a “man’s” haircut went to a specific hairdresser that specialises in said styles. Why wouldn’t they cut it? Probably spoke to a dickhead who wanted to be rude.

I started to watch the 2018 documentary Trans Kids: it’s time to talk, made by Stella O’Malley today. I’ve put the link to it. It was originally on C4 but I’m not sure if you can still get it on more4. It got backlash I believe although I wasn’t aware of it in 2018 (sometimes wish I could go back to my ignorant bliss from then!).

I have to warn you though, there are upsetting scenes of TRAs going mental, and I mean mental at feminists and it’s shocking. I’m not gonna lie it angered and saddened me so much I cried and couldn’t change continue watching. The screaming of TWAW and the vile language they used on these women was just horrible. Be interesting to hear others thoughts on this. I will go back and finish watching it at some point but sometimes it all just gets too much. These young people are absolutely brainwashed in to actually thinking that’s trans women are actually women. The anger and hatred towards actual women is scary.

Imissdi or something like that, they were quickly outed though and even had the same profile pic as an account they previously used
What did they post? I read something either yesterday or the day before and though god that sounds like her but didn't think anything of it and now I can't remember what it was!

Edited to add - I rembered it was the jigsaw post in the awful gifts thread, just went and checked the username and it's the one you mention!

I'd turn it around by asking 'what's the big deal with a trans woman using the male bathroom, the bathroom that matches their sex?'
This is the answer I've been looking for, to counter the "but they're a woman" who's coming into the ladies toilets, the women's fitting room, the women's swim changing room...

Edit to add women's as it read weird!

Have people come across @bambifairy and @grace.hylannd on TikTok or Instagram? They're Australian trans women, I think they're in their early 20s. They appear to have a friendship with a young trans actress called @evie_m_official - I think she's 16? I find the videos they post with her quite odd and sexualised considering she's young. Also just find it odd in general @bambifairy wears elf ears.

Might be wrong on the ages so apologies if so! But, if I'm right, I find it all very strange and a bit like grooming 😑

Still listening to the podcast ‘gender a wider lens’, almost up to date. I feel like I should be handed an HND in gender studies after this 😂 listening to the interview with Debbie Hayton at the mo, most of you will be aware of her. Refers to herself as a transsexual, transitioned at 44 when she was a married father of 4. Talks about AGP which has been enlightening. She doesn’t try to apologise for the creepy messes you see online, but gives an insight to how it feels and how the over sexualised side of it does not reflect her experience of it. I’ve yet to watch the documentary she was on with Stella (one of the podcast hosts) a few years ago. Anyone else listening to this podcast? What are your thoughts?
