When my youngest was born, my three year old cried to sleep in our room with us because "you all get to sleep together and I'm alone in my room". Broke my heart so we had all 4 of us in the bed/side cot 🤣. It was madness but I look back on it with fondness. It was like a big sleepover, the baby would wake to feed and we would all be awake raiding my snack box 😴🤣
This is so cute 😭🥺 I’m pregnant atm and my 3.5 year old was earwigging the other night to me and his Dad talking about sleeping arrangements when the baby is here and my son goes ‘i’m not sleeping in my room on my own while you all party in Mummy’s room’ i don’t know where he got party from 🤣🤣

Oh my word the new ad for pancake syrup. The cringe. She really will do absolutely anything for a bit of cash won’t she. Gemma the health food gym obsessed bore, flogging processed sugary syrup. She’s so embarrassing and disingenuous.

I was just coming on to say the same. 'They say it's guidelines, there's never any evidence'. What do you think guidelines are based on then, thicko?! 🤣

Also it's 'minefield' not mind field. 🤦🏻‍♀️

A non surgical FACE LIFT at 39 !!

And of course she's consulted some experts on what she should and shouldn't do to her face .... Seriously this woman has an expert on speed dial for fucking everything.

I hate the phrase ‘tough love’ especially when we are talking about a 5 month old baby 🙄
I was about to post this. He's not trying to manipulate you Gem. He's a newborn, I hate it when people make out babies need "tough love" she's so simple.

I think it's completely reasonable. I mean he's probably starting the 12 week 'evil Steve' programme with Gemma in January so he'll need to start bulking up. 🤣

I’m no fan of Gemma but I feel a bit uncomfortable with Gorka always posting less than flattering pics of her, maybe because he seems completely checked out of the family and she isn’t?

she probably just sees it as ‘banter’ but it doesn’t feel mutual

I hate this "do your own research" crap.... Also, Gemma, guidelines are evidence based not just made up for fun🙄🙄
I thought "do your own research" was what anti vaxxers spouted.

It takes a special kind of self belief to think you know better than the NHS guidelines, which "change all the time" due to advances in research and science. We know better, we do better. My mum smoked all the way through all of her pregnancies in the 70s and 80s, me and my siblings all turned out fine, so the latest guidelines that you shouldn't smoke when pregnant is clearly just someone changing the guidelines because they can, right? 🤷

She needs to acknowledge that if you “write” a book about post-partum wellbeing and you do a TV show about your pregnancy you can’t also be just a “regular mum” on social media. You have a platform and a responsibility. Guidance is aimed at the lowest common denominator. She might be feeding her kid organic porridge from cows with their own masseuses, but elsewhere there’s parents weaning their 4 month olds on chicken nuggets. She has to wake up a bit.

I just don't understand why a seemingly loving parent, would wean so early when all the evidence points towards early weaning and gastro issues in later life. It is selfishness pure and simple. Just put an extra oz in his bottle if he's draining it. The things she has said were signs of being ready to wean are 100% not signs. She is not very intelligent.
Also, babies wake a night. Why do parents act like it's a huge shock and inconvenience? I understand babies who wake hourly at his age would have you searching for desperate measures perhaps but I bet he was waking once.

I don’t like this idea that women trap men with kids. If Gorka didn’t want kids with Gemma he should have taken responsibility for his own protection. It’s not about whether you trust the other person or not but about being responsible for yourself. We seem to let men not take any responsibility then blame the woman if she ends up pregnant, ‘trapping’ him.

Anyway the kids are here now and he seems to want nothing to do with them. How long is he away for because he couldn’t even come back from London on Sundays for uk strictly. He’s hardly going to fly back from Spain every weekend.

I have zero time for any adult that has an animal in their bed but not their own baby. I honestly thing there is something so wrong in that. My mum was horrible and absolutely should not have been a mum, I don’t remember sleeping much as a kid, just in a dark room and scared but knowing I couldn’t even say I was sacred. I promised I’d never do that to my child, it would kill me and it’s awful. I admit to not being the most maternal mother but I’ve spent the last year sleeping on the sofa in the lounge next to my son who sleeps on a pull out bed, he was awake at 3am the other night because he was scared about dying in his sleep, was I absolutely knackered, yes, is my body getting too old to sleep on a sofa, abit 🤣 but what matters more than anything is his right to feel safe and secure especially in the middle of the night when everything feels a million times more scary for most people, even adults!

Gemma was definitely undermining attempts for the children to learn Spanish the other day when Tio was watching Mickey Mouse in Spanish and she said to him, “do you understand any of this? Me neither”

Giving over the impression it’s not worthy of her learning so not worth them trying either. If she paid attention maybe she’d pick up some basics as well

she's probably feeling embarrassed and licking her wounds at the stories she shared of poor Mia being petrified
Absolutely not, because she'll have rung every expert and specialist she's besties with, and they'll have reassured her that it's fine, it's fine, it's all fine, and that even though Mia looked terrified, she was actually having the bestest time ever!

Why is she even sharing Mia at the dentist tho? No one needs to see this. I keep thinking about what a bloody minefield it must be for a school to have to deal with a small child, whose day to day activities are broadcast to 2m people or so each day on social media.

How do you expect your child to grow up with boundaries, if you don't establish any for them?

Why do people share their own happy birthday posts? Why does somebody want to see someone else wishing you a happy birthday?
