Well something to get her out if her rut then. love island, mastermind (specialist subject friends) the circle, first dates, homes under the hammer - something. She is an expert in reality TV and has following so she could easily get considered by the producers.

I'm sorry but Gabby would not benefit from being any reality TV show. It's nice to think that getting out and being among people would help her, but let's be real - she doesn't have any social skills. She would be a complete laughing stock. She'd be uncomfortable and miserable, and she doesn't have the personality or intellect to contribute anything useful or entertaining. Sorry but she'd be a total car crash on anything except maybe Gogglebox, which she'd do on her own sewfa (whichever one she picks) with Jane.
Yeah in some alternate universe where Gabby would even be Love Island her mental health does not seem strong enough at all. It would destroy her, she’d be completely ripped apart by the public not only in this country but others who also watch. LI is my guilty-watch show, utter mindless trash. 
Sometimes I do find myself relating to Gabby a bit too much. My life is pretty empty at the moment and I have to put a lot of effort in to stop myself from stagnating. It feels awful, so she surely feels that on some level too. I don’t know how she copes with it. Maybe her life has just been this way for so long that she doesn’t recognise it as unhealthy anymore.

Yeah, the fact that she doesn't believe in body positivity herself and has never promoted a plus size woman on any of her platforms is a much bigger problem than what she assumes people think of her (which in most cases is that she's an average woman walking down the street).
How about instead of constantly salivating over pictures of the Kardashians and Jenners on Instagram, she just once does this for a curvy woman or even better, celebrates a woman for an achievement instead of her looks.
Agreed, she’d benefit greatly from doing some voluntary work and actually being kind helping others, and getting out of her flat. Would be great chance for her to meet people, build confidence and learn life skills.
Love Island is literally the worst place for anyone with any mental health struggles especially body insecurities. They’d also never cast her for any tv show as she’s incredibly awkward and shy.
Gabby can’t cope with one pretty tame forum discussing her lmao does anyone seriously think she could deal with the criticism Love Islanders get?! The girls on there are absolutely ripped to shreds on Twitter etc for their appearances, no chance she could take that

This may be a bit personal but since gobs REFUSES to entertain us … 
a few months ago I had the most severe abdominal pain in my life but thought it was just a one-off thing. Today it came back with a vengeance and not only felt like I was being stabbed but also made me faint whilst teaching some fifth graders.
I’ve been at the hospital all afternoon getting blood tests, ultra sounds, ct scans, the whole works. We found 2-3 cysts on my left ovary that are about 35mm across and have probably ruptured causing what looks like pelvic inflammation as well as my white blood count being through the roof.
All this to say, I hope you scummy trolls are taking care of yourselves and taking any health scares seriously before they get worse. Love y’all
