Absolutely. And if you know your diet can trigger a worsening of symptoms then you would avoid altogether or have a day/meal off.

I thought maybe it’s the cards she puts in with the orders to say thank you for your order? Since she’s ordering so many of them, that would make more sense. She’s never going to sell that many of the same card.
I think that's fine. I feel it gets difficult when it comes to children. Me and my husband have said If it came to it we would stay living together as we can't not see our kids every night. I can understand it if you're a loving family unit. However, it appears here her Dad is a massive tory knob, mom is a push over and gobby dictates it now George has moved out? Seems like money is an issue or they can't bear to let the house go
Yeah i had a look and that spreadsheet is for all the equipment she uses such as the bags her prints are individually stored in, envelopes and the little thank you cards she puts in each order. She’d never sell 2.5K of actual cards on her shop
