I think there is 0 chance a profit will be made on that flat if it truly was bought for that much. People nowadays due to lockdown are not wanting flats

I just thought of something else...if Gobs has been so affected by bullying, why hasn’t she aligned herself with an anti-bullying nonprofit in the U.K.? I think an old thread title mentions it at 395k?I’ve just had a google, and it is listed as last being sold in November 2019, but she definitely moved in June/July 2019. And the price it sold for in November is considerably higher than £395k

It isn’t, that’s the wrong address that you’re looking at. It was last sold when Gabby bought it
It’s the address that’s listed on the Gabulous ltd. accounts as principle place of business.

I would suspect it’s to do with paying less tax.
I hadn't thought about it but maybe why that's why she associates with Monica so strongly - because she was fat when she was younger.

Aye I've seen it for 515 too, definitely the same address as on Gabulous. Then on Zoopla previously it was sold in 2007 or 2009, no mention of anything summer of 2019. Very strange! but 515k is crazy money for a flat nowadays with the "house boom" only affecting freeholds.

When I look at Zoopla it says Nov 19 £515k and then the previous sale was 2007. She surely can't have listed her own address wrong on Companies House? Maybe Zoopla is wrong, though it does say it's based on the land registry...very odd
If you look at the address on streetview it's a different flat, maybe the one she rented before she bought her place?
I looked at the address on Companies House and the old flat listing of her actual flat online and they are one number different.
Companies house has the wrong address listed on it. The address of the place that sold for 515k in November 19 is one number above the correct address. The flat she lives in last sold for 395k in June 2019.
Trust Gabbie to have her address listed incorrectly on Companies House!
Anyway, 395k is still a ridiculous price to pay for that flat. That she hates, has spent thousands more on, and plans to move asap.
