Anyone watch Daniel's stream for the race?
I'm pretty sure they are trying to make him part of
ESPN (disney) so wondering how he did. This would be the US broadcast. F1 just gave ESPN right to broadcast the races (in us we only had f1tv).
I sorta thought this was always his end goal, but now just hoping he cam do it. Will Arnett is a Canadian pro so hopefully Daniel did okay beyond just trying to look cute

Daniel started off pretty nervous but over time came into his own, I’d say he’s a natural. Will definitely stank the broadcast up, he kept derailing things when Daniel would try to focus on the race. It should have been Daniel and Patrick Dempsey they bantered very well with each other.

Reactions are not so great on DR's thing with Will Arnet yesterday

My personal thoughts:

I've noticed it many times before. In videos that are prepared, he comes across as (too?) self-assured, then speaks his words well. In interviews with standard questions, he also manages. But in many other interviews (without real preparation) he gets nervous and saves himself by always making jokes etc. He has saved himself for a long time during interviews in the racing world. But now that he also wants to do other things in the media....is joking enough?! This was the first time this way, but he's been interviewed for so long and has a camera pointed at him. Is it weird that I think this (media) is just not his cup of tea?
