I have one of these pretty much every day. There's 9g of protein I'm surprised old fopps isn't creaming her pants over that protein hit seriously though how sad she won't eat one of these would probably fill her up more than the low calorie shite she eats. In the words of mazza I'll have to try the falafel idea out

im now more convinced than ever she's thick.....she only buys double strength squash as she hates it weak......does she seriously not understand its just a case of using more of the non double concentrate if you like it stronger i.e DILUTE TO TASTE

i couldn’t work out if she looks at the calories in what she’s giving the boys? as when she spoke about cereal that Was clearly kids cereal she mentioned calories.
there’s nothing they have that’s full fat!
id Rather give mine full fat stuff instead of low calorie stuff in My mind they dont need low fatfood or low calories they need full Fat and a good mix of foods.
