Remember when he posted the pic of him with the twins’ 5 balloons and everyone genuinely believed it was his 55th birthday? That is SHOCKING for someone in their late 30s, but imagine he’s too sneeringly arrogant to engage with any sort of skincare routine.

As well as his hand-held phone camera, he also apparently had at least FIVE separate static cameras on him at different angles mid-ride, and managed to move that (fugly) gold table in and out of shot.
Or he acted out extra shots for his reel on top of doing the challenge.

At the very least he should have turned his indoor trainer around 180 degrees 21 times to mimic the Alpe's 21 hairpin bends

I'm irritated by the "Conquer a mountain in your lunch break!" thing.
Or, more specifically, the lack of acknowledgement from him that it's not going to be a realistic option for most working people and that he's in a particularly privileged position to have the flexibility that he does.
Many working people only get a short lunch break (if any). Even a full hour is too short for what he did. The majority of people are likely to need to use their break to actually eat something. Not many will have easy access to a bike or a gym at lunchtime, or facilities for showering and changing. Yet there he is making the unrealistic seem normal as so many influencers do, one way or another.
Even for people who can exercise during a lunch break, it's really not a good idea to do a maximum effort session because that will impact you physically and reduce your mental sharpness and concentration for the rest of the day.

Exactly.....I'd like to se him try this challenge while working a 12 hr shift in a hospital , without air conditioning and precious little time to eat lunch/ drink/pee!

One thing he hasn't accounted for is the altitude. Starting at 769m and climbing to 1892m, air quality will change, and that affects performance. At best, his basement is at sea level.
