The cake ended up looking dreadful before Charlie's mom helped her to cover the cake with flowers and lemon slices. She took so little care when making that cake, even just slicing the cake to make it into two layers was done sloppily. It looked better under the flower disguise.

I absolutely bloody love that she has to scrape all that straw mulch off. That was the Weleda freebie from the vlog where she randomly started talking about the Weleda newsletter which just 'happened to be' on the patio table.
