Fabrice Mpata, 39, (left) abducted a woman lost in the Winson Green area of Birmingham, before driving to the home of Rigobert Ngambe, 45, (right), where they attacked her.
Apparently his lawyer decided that apart from this unfortunate rape incident he was a credit to the community. Not bad for a failed boxer.

Well the āmost vulnerable member of our society (TM)ā was badly advised. Does he not realise that irrespective of the actual merits of his case he just has to put in endless appeals and at some point a decision maker will believe his BS and will grant him. And that is it in a nutshell. There are some very very morally dubious people who have a vested interest in stopping any enforcement action, either ideological or as you say, financial. And often a combination of both. And this ideology is often based on the most flimsy of pseudo āevidenceā. Itās kind of like the puberty blockers scandal which is incoming. The argument was that unless we sterilise and mutilate mixed up kids they will commit suicide, which in retrospect is almost laughable in itās simplicity.
As I understand the no borders argument it is a belief that the more races, nationalities, or religions which gather in a particular area (I canāt use nation or country because by definition they donāt exist in this model) the better because this leads to magical things and stronger more resilient communities which creates breakthroughs in science and culture. Cos magic. Despite there being ample historical evidence to suggest that the exact opposite occurs (Just ask the Romans). And like the suicide argument, those who donāt subscribe to this magical theory are simply bigots and will eventually lead a resurgence of Nazism.

About time the state was sued for allowing these monsters in. They have not met their basic duty to keep British people safe. Some are unchecked, some run straight off the boats into the black economy, the home office and lawyers are complicit as are our border force and french authorities. I should find myself a good lawyer and sue them for millions.
