If they entered without proper documentation it’s only right items be confiscated in the interest of national security, in other countries they’d be detained and removed to holding centres, not driven to hotels in community settings.
Strongly agree. Our own citizens have restrictions to adhere to when attending ticketed events, concerts, gatherings etc. Bags are routinely checked at some events so I should think it essential when people are illegally entering a country and possibly be carrying bombs or lethal weapons.

I thought that fear of extra judicial killings and extreme violence were amongst the reasons to leave Somalia?

Are Honour Killings one of the valuable cultural diversities which add value to any given nations?

And how can an inbred belief that "dating white girls* is not OK" be anything other than naked racism of the most heinous kind? A belief held so deeply that murdering ones own unborn child is considered preferable to the "disgrace". Don't tell me. "Nuance" right? Inability to access services?

Guess he wasn't thinking of his reputation when he was fucking the poor girl...

*And no I'm not ignoring the very obvious elephant in the room. Rip Saga.

Headline just now “ministers will review how Abdul Ezedi was given asylum”. No. Not interested in him, he’s either dead already, fled back home, or will be caught soon. Far more interesting is the truth about how many others are managing to get asylum despite pretty appalling criminal records, just by shady claims of being a Christian now. That’s the real story here surely?

Heaven forbid we should tar all asylum seekers with the same brush. Do you ever listen to the people who work amongst and know asylum seekers? Of course there are going to be a few bad eggs, there are everywhere, but this constant Braverman type rhetoric that they are all murderers and rapists is a bit pathetic. We even have the deputy leader of Reform saying let them drown. Anyone voting for Reform here?
Can you imagine a civil war breaking out here and you having to flee the country in a flimsy dingy?
There is currently no civil war in France where said migrants boarded said flimsy dinghy.

And to answer your question, yes as I've stated numerous times I was an officer with Northumbria Police for 20 years and must have attended well over 100 call outs for illegal entry, at the time usually emerging from the back of a lorry.

And I have never once said they were "all murderers and rapists". No one has. But I would respectfully point out that if illegal migrants didn't commit heinous crimes it wouldn't be possible to post about their convictions on an almost daily basis. Damn life intruding on ideological purity again.

Don't you think your tantrum was a little pathetic?

Here’s another HO failure…We could go on for years pointing out their incompetence.
Claimed to be 18 but more likely 27-32.

Y'know. If I was to make a comment about Africans either being uneducated or living in a failed state to such an extent that they don't even know their own age the usual suspects would froth at the mouth and scream "far right trope" to the point of pre-orgasm. Yet here we are. You don't just "lose" almost a decade of your life. He's not from the Stone Age.

Predator is a predator no matter how old he is. Was this dangerous sex offender given access to teenage girls when he was suffering from "age dysphoria"?

Last paragraph says it all.

"A few months ago he said he was working hard to go back to Afghanistan to get married to a woman and bring her back to the UK, because he was tired of being single."

I don’t think he quite understands what asylum means. I thought he was in real immediate danger?

And why back to Afghanistan to find a wife? Why would a committed Christian, in a Christian country, need to find a wife in a predominantly Muslim one?

They’re having a laugh at taxpayers expense.
This makes me so angry when criminals won’t be deported because of their human rights. I don’t give a stuff about their human rights. It’s not even like our prisons and prison lengths are worth it.
Reading through this thread is infuriating because it shows how weak the UK is. No politician actually cares and it will be like this until all the lowlifes have sucked the country dry.

The thing that never happens happened again.

Hung around outside the club. Posed as a Good Samaritan. Waited until he thought there were no witnesses. Tried to block her escape route.

Pure sexual predator behaviour. 70% likely to be moving close to you when he is finished serving time at his majesty’s pleasure 😜.

This guy is a rape murder waiting to happen.
Why do we have to put up with him? Why do the women and girls of the UK have to have our safety and well being harmed to keep him safe? He should be sent back to Afghanistan, his crime is appalling and he is a danger to us.

Hmmm. Tell me again about how the government are going to ban not buying Israeli products. Shopping bag Police?

Perhaps take it to Part 12 of the Israel-Terrorist conflict thread?
You mean the thread whereby some who like to lecture about racism, xenophobia and discrimination are posting things that could be described as just that, with various pieces of antisemitic tripe being posted by them.

The ROI are bound by EU rules …it’s ridiculous people have to go to those lengths to stop them shipping in thousands of unknown men to their small villages.
---
UK are now exploiting the situation, that’s going to sour Anglo Irish relations.
---
Just saw UVL is in favour of third country processing.
Sorry, have no sympathy for Ireland's issue.

They have been quick enough to judge and lambast our efforts to remove illegal migrants in the past.

When the issue becomes a problem for the Irish, they just want to wash their hands of it.

Any gripe the Irish have should be with the EU, for allowing those migrants to freely roam across many EU countries unchecked, to begin with. If the EU had such thing as border controls, then so many wouldn't be reaching France in the first place.

So if he’s found, convicted, sentenced, has his asylum withdrawn, and is then served with a deportation order I suppose the next step in the process is for a whole plane to revolt so he’s free to be a danger to women in future. Tis the way of things after all.

At this point it’s like a bad satirical comedy, were it not for two severely maimed victims, one a child.

He’ll go to prison here if found guilty, and be served with a deportation order at the same time, which would be effective on date of release. He will then submit a claim to remain in the UK on human rights grounds, most likely article 8, right to a private and family life and/or article 9, freedom of thought, beliefs and religion. Then the whole cycle will start again.
Every claim he makes will be supported by Legal Aid/the tax payer.

About time the state was sued for allowing these monsters in. They have not met their basic duty to keep British people safe. Some are unchecked, some run straight off the boats into the black economy, the home office and lawyers are complicit as are our border force and french authorities. I should find myself a good lawyer and sue them for millions.

On hearing more about this, he wasn't given a long enough sentence to reflect the seriousness of his crime against the victim. Attitudes towards women in 3rd world countries are already atrocious and when these men are given a free pass here through a light sentence and then not deported it just compounds their beliefs.

Watch the congregations grow 😕 an act of contrition seems to be all that’s needed to exonerate asylum criminals…What could possibly go wrong 🫡

More on the Bradford stabber.

So we’ve got “traditional arranged marriage”.
We’ve got “student dependant”.
We’ve got a victim who spoke no English and seemingly had no interest in integrating into British society.
We’ve got “dependant on her husband”, his source of income unclear.
We’ve got pretty obvious honour motive.
We have got woman as property to be treated as man sees fit (I thought this guy was supposed to be educated and enlightened).

In fact we’ve got pretty much everything that the usual suspects will claim is a lazy far right islamaphobic trope and never happens.

It happened again folks…

I’m assuming she’s deluded (like certain others on this thread )that people believe the political establishment ,without an ounce of common sense to know what’s happening in their own communities 🙄 ..Least she’s not accusing me of trying to bring down the Labour government /starting a cult of anti -migrant sentiments on a gossip forum 😂…God forbid you well educated, articulate lot get to make up your own minds / form your own opinions based on personal experience and literature that matter to you 🙄😂

No thought for his kid when he’s breaking the law🙄
Lived in the UK since six. OK fair enough. But from what I can see he's spent the best part of that life as a career criminal, spreading violence and misery, and being a predator to his local community. I assume his firearms offences wasn't a sports pistol in an effort to qualify for the next Olympics.

And given the brutal reputation of Jamaican gangsters I find it slightly amusing that he accused the escorts of "excessive force".

Got to love The Guardians unparalleled talent for portraying him as a victim. Ahhh he's going to miss his daughter's birthday. The inhumanity! And they are concerned for his safety in Jamaica. Forgive me if I'm wrong but doesn't his....career choice....place him in constant danger in the UK, from rival drug gangs etc. Why else would he need a firearm..To control pestilence and vermin on his farm?
