I don’t think she’s ever had friends and that’s what first sparked the need for external validation. Most people grow out of wanting to be ‘famous’ by the time they’re about 12, and replace that with desires specific to a job or a skill. Fame may be the byproduct of the desire to be a model or the best dancer in the world etc, but ever since her bizarre campaign to get to the Logies, her entire drive has been how to become famous which is essentially how to get a large number of people to know who you are and like you. Most people don’t need that. They have friends who love and support them.
Emmy’s non stop lies and embellishments and 41 different careers and being amazing at everything she’s ever tried is just this in practice - she’s got no mates and the ‘tribe’ she appeals to don’t either.

Absolutely all of this! I posted a few days ago, go back and look at her early insta stuff, friends around, going to weddings and hens days, socialising. Her quest to become famous has left her apparently friendless and with no support. She's unhealthy, overweight, separated, her "presenting" career is in tatters, she's bought into an overpriced clothing brand that is way to expensive for her community demographic, renovated a warehouse that gets barely used....I'm sure I've missed something.
Jack of all trades, master of none, as my dear old Nan used to say.
These people that reply to her stories with "You're killing it babe" at what? Coping after your partner leaves you for finally letting his balls drop and realising you've walked all over him for years and spent a fortune on yourself and not financially secured your families future?
What a mess.

Does anyone remember she charged people to attend her 40th? So it wasn’t really a birthday party it was more of a performance and maybe a convenient cover for the fact she doesn’t appear to have super meaningful friendships or connections. She’s sacrificed all of that to be “a personality.”

A heap of influencers were invited to attend also. EL had a tattoo artist there….. doing EL tattoos.

It’s honestly the weirdest thing to watch, especially since I joined late in the game and I’ve only seen the aftermath. She’s a nobody. She doesn’t even have that many followers. I am so confused by her life.

I have noticed her tribe responds with comments like this.

‘I cooked this for Darren as he loved it.’

‘You are amazing and I turned 53 today.’

‘James and Peter are the same ages as your kids.’

Who are these people. No one cares.

If I catch I live. Rarely do anymore. During her lives it’s all what brand was your lippy? What shade was your foundation? Great tips! What shade is your foundation? What was the brand of the sauce you added to your chicken? What noodles did you use?

I’m not going around and asking people what colour lippy they are wearing or what size clothing they wear.

Yet a big portion of lives and stories are just this.

Was Em forced to get extended holidays because shipping and customs have huge delays regarding her sweat shop fashion label. Most of ZM and her label are either overgrown toddler clothing or granny clothing.

Oh am if you are wearing something from the brand she flogs. She never knows the names of the styles or has to get the camera person to look at the label for the size.

For a while their she only cares about MAC lipstick. She quoted that it was her lippie of choice.

How she has upgraded to Huda and Fenty. More more MAC. The rare occasion she will wear cheap makeup like Covergirl it that was paid. Her makeup lol for the days can cost $1000 (a guessing here) but when your blush costs over $100 and your foundation nearing $100. It doesn’t take much to add up.

Not to mention the tens of thousands of dollars of makeup filled her makeup desk and other storage.

We should be great full that she hasn’t filmed or used doctor/ER visits as content involving her kids like Cachia. Or purposefully getting her kids sick to get treatment. I remember there was some discussion about Cachia (maybe gomi?) not giving her kids their puffer and then ending up in the ER. All for likes and sympathy.

It’s either the word love (like her finger) or a heart. It needed to be simple and fast to brand as many as possible in the two hours she had them. She chose the two options. Welcome to the cult of Emmylou!

I had a lovely time down at Brighton beach today knowing I wasn't at risk of being in the background of one of the buffoons stories and having to listen to whatever rubbish she had playing on her Bluetooth speaker. I wish she would go away more often.

Another ‘friend’ of Em’s is now complaining about being a solo parenting - Turia Pitt. For six months last year her partner traveled between NSW and Queensland to pursuit his dreams of being a helicopter pilot. He was joe half a week ad the other half the week she had to look after her kids.

Put her kids in childcare and had babysitters.

Yes I’m aware of her surviving being burnt to 65 percent of her body. But thousands of solo parents who can’t afford help, have help or are going through their own health battles like cancer. Still raise their kids without whinging and looking for sympathy.

Yep it’s not even the logistics it’s the emotional strain and no one to turn to
I know partnered parents have struggles in other ways too
But the solo parenting thing is physically exhausting being single is emotionally exhausting

The magazine was her idea but Aaron was slumped with the work. ‘I don’t know how to do the layout and Aaron is helping me. I’m doing important work here supervising.’

When she cannot work out how to do something or needs help she has to run to her phone to tell her tribe will giggling. Usually with Aaron trying to fix or work out how to do it. *giggle and scrunch face*

I guess Aaron realised he was not an equal partner in the relationship. He was all give and no take. She treated him a slave and nothing more. Not the father of her kids. Not a lover. Not a person. But a freaking slave.

Telling her tribe the Aaron was previously married, how he became a vegan and how he got the snip. Had nothing to do with her being famous.

Em did more work packing orders rom home than now with ZM.

Celebs in the USA went to senators and congress to get laws to protect their kids from the paps. As they did not ask to have famous parents.
