it’s evident the whole family have been brought up around racism. Oh and by the way this means NOTHING. My parents are right wing and say some ropey tit which would get them cancelled. However I still know right from wrong, surround myself with people with the same morals as me, I’ve taken the time to educate myself on others’ struggles and I’m very left wing. So as much as people are a product of how they are raised, it doesn’t mean they should remain a massive bleep for the rest of their lives

I've called my family out on using "casual racism" like I'm going to the p..... Shop (corner shop) or I'm going to the ch.nky (Chinese). I explained that even though they didn't mean it in nasty,hurtful way, how did they feel when someone called their niece/granddaughter at school a "black witch" (she was 6, bleeping 6). Because it is exactly the same thing. Straight away they changed up. I've not heard them saying anything like that since. Not even as a slip up. It's not that bleeping hard. Times are changing. We need to make sure it's going in the right direction.

Also if one more person replies to me saying "if a black person doesn't want us singing it, why put it in a song??" I'm likely to reach down the screen and slap someone
