This is my point! The worst thing I find about my fibromyalgia is the less you do the more you seize up! So when you do anything it can hurt more and send you into a massive flare! I also have osteoarthritis absolutely everywhere which is just bleeping evil and hurts all the time! But I still need to move around as trying to bend my rickety joints after having rested for more than an hr and I literally feel like I'm bleeping breaking haha xDone something to my back means she got up and moved yesterday
Totally agree I suffer with terrible back problems and sitting or lying long periods makes it worse. Yes it hurts to move but keep mobile. She is mainly bloody lazy!
Wish there was an option to roll my eyes to her story!! She is just full of excuses. Firstly it’s a live? You do it sitting down anyway? She’s hardly up and energetic when on lives anyway.
