Oh is it?I honestly do not know that much about fillers, read about it and they look revolting,so you reckon it’s fillers and not ‘ops’? FFS
Yes, she's had a non invasive procedure at a small town beauty salon and is Hashtagging it in return for freebies. This is not a Harley st clinic 🙌
She's has necrosis not osteoporosis as she claims. Nothing bar a face transplant can change that. She's off her head.

Yes - story up on DM now - she looks to have a bit of wispy bubble wrap in pieces on her lower face, two dollops of cream on her cheeks and full eye-make-up. She is pathetic.

I know DW is a junkie, and most lie, but the whole thing about having cancer was the last straw for me. You can't drop lower than that in my book. Really would be surprised if she is still around in 5yrs.

For me it was the the pregnancy, "potentially with twins", and a fake miscarriage. I wish her recovery would go well, but it seems too far gone.

She clearly very ill - physically and mentally - and has been for years. I’m not sure denying her NHS treatment is fair. Her face is affected by her drug use...so let it rot off? Serves her right for being an addict eh? 🙄 Bloody hell.

Is she still living in the wilds of Wales or is she bored of that by now?

It’s a tricky one, that’s for sure but of course she doesn’t deserve her face rotting off. I think a lot of people struggle with the idea of taxpayers money paying for what could be conceived as a cosmetic procedure when there is nothing to suggest that she has even had any recent time off drugs.

Say she gets the operation this time on the NHS but what happens if she keeps using and the same thing happens again? It was well-publicised that she had cosmetic surgery paid for by a TV programme and it went wrong because she apparently carried on smoking when she’d been strongly advised not too.

I understand addiction personally and I know how quickly you can get sucked in and how awful it is to get out so I do sympathise. And I know it’s not a case of “well why doesn’t she just stop taking drugs?” but at the same time, does it help her knowing the NHS can and will always bail her out?

It's along the same lines re George Best getting a new liver but carrying on drinking. If they're not addressing the root problem, why throw precious NHS funds at them?

I don’t know if the NHS do this but if they had say a 2yr period for example where you have to have weekly or random drugs tests and if they came back negative then you’re a candidate for surgery and you’re serious about your recovery.
I totally get why it makes people so angry as the George Best transplant did a lot of damage to the reputation of organ donation.

Where does she get her money from? Her life is an absolute tragedy. People mock her, but heck, is she a survivor! She's been through so much that it's amazing she's able to function at all, frankly it's amazing she's not dead. I have a great deal of empathy for addicts. They get even less understanding than those with severe mental illness. There are too few facilities helping people with addictions and the sooner you get help the better your chance of recovery. But every single day is hard when you're in recovery, which ultimately you'll be in for life. I can totally understand that if being off drink/drugs/gambling etc is horrendous for some people for ever, why put yourself through rehab?

Obviously I'm not advocating this, but until there is more help available and society learns to have at least a degree of empathy, addict will continue to destroy lives, of the addict, their family and friends.

It actually did. I had a friend who worked in that very area and the number of people who withdrew agreement to liver harvesting was terrible. But what could they have expected giving it to someone who cared nothing about their liver and only about who they could cadge the next drink off in Tadworth pubs. A lot of people also believe he paid to 'queue jump' and questioned the veracity of the whole system comparing it to rich in India buying kidneys off the poor. There is no reason why the NHS should act as some private clinic to Ms Westbrook or give her any assistance. She went on a TV program and earned money getting her face fixed overnight - it didn't work what a surprise. She's disgusting.

My MIL is so sanctimonious about people who drink and smoke, wasting NHS funds.
My argument is that they pay so much in tax, they more than fund the NHS.
My MIL is absolutely huge in size, and is addicted to cakes/sugar.
Constantly up and down to the Doctor, takes no acceptance for her size.
No tax paid on all those cakes she wolves down.
Her being so sanctimonious really annoys me.
May I add, barely worked a day in her life; so never paid into the system.
Sorry, makes me sound bad! But you never had a MIL like mine!
