Ooooh that’s a shocker. I know cocaine can result in prolonged constriction of the nasal lining blood vessels with necrosis occurring in these tissues. Eventually the nasal lining and septum create perforations of the septum, infection, loss of supporting cartilage, scarring, and eventual collapse of the nose. Also some of the substances that they cut cocaine with are very damaging. Living in Brighton I know quite a few heavy users of cocaine, I tried it a few times, never liked it, just gave me a high for 30 minutes, then I’d crash and get really paranoid, hated feeling that way, so never wanted to do it again. Affects people in different ways, my way was horrible. I have one friend who was spending over £1K a month on the stuff, but never developed the nose, in fact I’ve never seen the nose thing in my circle of friends. The quantity these nose collapse people are using must be so high to do such damage, Westcrack must have spent, still is probably spending an incredible amount on it, no wonder she’s homeless.

I mean this must be the second person I’ve seen in 35 years of lifelike this 😳 I do wonder how on earth they get the money to do so much to end up like this

She really looks like an old granny doing porn now. I’m four years younger than her, not bigging myself up (well I am a little bit 😁) but if I stood next to her I reckon people would think I look 30 years younger than her. Not so much I look young, I do a bit, no work done I might add, just lucky with the genes 😁 but Westcrack looks 20 years older than her age. There is a market out there for Granny Porn, guess the men who love that kinda thing are out there giving her coin. Such a weird world she inhabits, horrible world ain’t it 🤮🥴😁
