I'm pretty sure icing them can cause the filler to freezer when it's just done & im sure massaging them can migrate the filler. She doesn't go to good practitioners and it shows. There were already no definition & migration to her lips.

Yeah you're not meant to ice them or massage them!
She also shouldn't be touching them herself or letting anyone else touch them (without fully sanitising which I doubt she has) because it's a huge infection risk for the first 12 hours.

It's not normal but it is expected when lips have been over filled to the point there's no room for the skin is stretched to capacity like I also said she doesn't go to good practitioners.
