I don’t buy this I was scared bollocks, she was happy to be a Disney know it all, I think she’s only becoming more “woke” as more things are starting to have an impact on her, she mentioned ages ago Covid had taken away house buying and babies? Which confuses me a lot, obviously financially a lot of people are struggling with the 15% deposit but she still has a job for Disney whilst they’ve made so many people redundant, which I’m not sure I’ve seen her comment on!

exactly! Like I said in my last comment I also think a huge part of her suddenly becoming ‘woke’ is all to do with being the better influencer. She’s been highlighting people not following rules (of any kind) on Twitter and it’s like she’s going out of her way now to do the opposite.

she’s not a dummy, she knows what people wanna hear and she knows what trends and what gets likes and views. Like you’ve said above Lola, she hasn’t even really mentioned her job and the privilege that comes with that especially right now. She’s just trying waaaaay too hard!!!

Just do a little research into her criminal justice record before you get too excited. As others have said, we've got the lesser of two evils here, she's still further right than most Tories.

Why does she feel the need to say she’s educated and has a degree? Does that mean her opinion matters more than someone who isn’t well educated? Or someone who doesn’t have a degree?
She’s not just having her opinion or posting an ‘educated’ comment on the matter she’s coming across as being very pushy with her views. It’s great to encourage people to research into politics and pay attention to what’s going on in the world but she comes across as really arrogant and like I said a pushy know it all, so honestly for me it has the opposite effect and I just want to shut down social media and ignore her/all the politics she’s preaching about.

I completely agree they are the lesser of 2 evils but as somebody who should be relocating to the US in the not to distant future, I’d much rather do so under a Biden/Harris administration that isn’t dead against immigration (not to mention equality, LGBTQ+ rights, a woman’s right to choose etc) then a Trump one.

Oh absolutely. But I don't think people generally realise just how right wing US politics are compared to the UK. Just look at the amount of effort it took Obama to try to introduce legislation which is commonplace in European countries. The political landscape is very, very different and whilst of course it's fantastic to have a female POC as Vice President let's not pretend that suddenly the US will become the land of the free it claims to be.

This is charlotte all over, she has a superiority complex and can be narcissistic. In the past year alone we've had her opinions rammed down our throats about BLM, LGBTQ, UK election, US election, coronavirus, and body positivity (incedently I don't believe for a second she likes her body)

Also did anyone notice when Birmingham was in tier 2 she mixed households last Sunday when she went for brunch as she wasnt with Adam which wasnt allowed. She tried to hide it but I could see it was a woman's arm in the pic. And after all her lockdown rule breaker rants too....

Maybe Brogan got ripped apart because she has a history of falling out with literally everyone she's ever been in holiday with and has zero friends. While Charlotte has managed to go on holiday with other people without massive fall outs and has a large friendship group, including mates she's had from uni. We'll never know what actually happened but the fact that Brogan has literally no friends speaks volumes to me.

If I want political opinion the last person I would turn to would be an influencer ! There are far more knowledgeable sources than her. I think she forgets her very privileged upbringing when she is spouting her socialist ideals.

I'd never look to influencers for information, I'm more than capable of doing it myself, it's more, the people I watch and follow I like to know what they believe in, what morals they have, what they stand for, it puts me off people who don't acknowledge what's happening in the world. I'm from Australia, and during the latest BLM movement everyone was putting the black squared on their Instagram pages, most of the influencers did the black square, but there's been no mention since, some have followed through and continued to focus on issues, the others were just performative, it's off-putting and I know where they stand.
Influencers don't like to rock the boat and 'offend' either side.

Well she's said, in her 20's she had no interest in getting involved in social and political issues, now in her 30's she's stopped being self absorbed. I was the same, as I've gotten older, I've become more aware of what's happening, the injustices that are happening. The more people who bring more awareness to these movements the better.
If she keeps fighting, not just do the one post and never talk about it again. She's been pretty constant in the last couple years of speaking up. Charlotte and Sam4god are the people I watch that I've noticed who are using their platforms to talk about things, I liked it

Let’s be honest she’s never talked about any of this stuff cos it doesn’t affect her in any way shape or form so it’s not even brought to her attention until it’s a movement. She’s lucky that she’s never had to worry about being a minority or feeding her child over the school holidays etc.

There was actually a disclaimer in the video description that it was filmed when you were still allowed to meet people indoors in public setting.

I don’t think her mum would have traveled up to Birmingham she doesn’t seem to come up that often, she could well have been bubbled up with someone but if it is that picture you’re referring that was posted above, that’s Adam
