Cinderella sounds like one of the most toxic workplaces in showbiz I've heard of. I feel sorry for the likes of Ivano who are just starting out and seem like they are trying to avoid getting swept up in the fuss because they don't have enough clout to risk their career yet. Must be awful going in every day.
