In the Bathroom with Sali H, part 2, Caroline says, and I quote - ‘love a bit of Aesop, you can’t go wrong with Aesop’. What happened to change her mind to wanting to remove them from the market??
Don't know what happened there. She seemed pretty happy to be paid by Aesop's owner Natura to appear at the Body Shop conference when Natura bought Body Shop from L'Oréal. Odd.

That's the thing about Caroline, stick around long enough and she flip flops on many brands with no explanation. I could understand a change of formula or the like changing her opinion, but she just praises or trashes seemingly on a whim.

I remember the old days when she'd gleefully mock Clinique!

Are we sure she doesn't like Aesop? Is this all from the brown glass clue or has she mentioned it before now?

Why do they think they can tell people what they can do with their own belongings?!

and LOL at ‘Caroline knows’, no she bleeping doesn’t.

you think the woman who uses Wordpress to sell thousands of kits is some kind of eBay mastermind? Please.
‘Reporting the sellers to eBay’ 🤣 what’s that going to do? Ffs these people are nuts

The limited addition oskia is going to fetch £££s, anyone could have predicted that. The irony is the freaks will be the people bidding for it.
I recall the clinique is rit diatribe and it wasn't that long ago.

Yes, if anyone is interested here's the wishlist you can buy from and send directly to her address.
Nice touch to include that in the comments, I wonder if she had any joy. This is 101 in begging posts.

Dying of cringe for those posting begging lists. Of course things are tough for a lot of people, no one is disputing that. But it's mortifying to go onto a facebook group and hope that strangers will take pity and buy you skincare

Thanks for that, I knew I'd seen it! What has changed in the T&Cs?
The whole style of it. If you look at my screen shot above the new ts and cs are nothing like that now. From my recollection they also look loads more comprehensive. Covering themselves no doubt for the kitshow fiasco

I bet it says something about they won’t be held responsible for third party agreements entered into to distribute kits after initial sale, even if CH makes initial introductions - or words to that effect. 😂

Speaking of which, I wonder if anyone has posted a kit across the Channel yet?! Or any money has changed hands?

I am correcting myself. What I posted was from FAQs not T&C - the FAQs are still there.

I’d understand it for essentials, but for high-end skincare? I’m honestly appalled.

Precisely, if it was for nappies or food or electricity i'd have found her & sent her what she needed. My sympathy when you're begging for high end skincare. I personally use mainly high end but if i was budgeting there are plenty of very cheap effective products that will see you through. Ask for them first if you can't afford them!

To be fair to CH, she’s told people she can’t do anything about the kits being sold on eBay despite it being in her terms and conditions. Some of the freaks were up in arms about it during the summer kit release (and also asking if fellow freaks could be kicked out if they could be identified 🙄). She can only enforce the clause if a dodgy company tries to buy them and resell.

The group should have a disclaimer about only giving as much of yourself as you're will willing to lose. Needs saying sometimes on the Internet and the freak group is not some wee cosy nook, people will take advantage.

I saw a post where someone had a similar story a few weeks ago and asked for recommendations for cheaper dupes... then she kept coming up with reasons why she couldn’t use those dupes and reiterating that she was quickly running out of her expensive products. Nobody took the bait.
