It's like groundhog Day every bloody kit release. We've passed the DPD driver stage and are now into the outrage at eBay reselling.
Yep like no one sells anything for a profit these days....🤔🤔🤔not even queen CH. oh do 🤬 off

She has put a disclaimer on selling kits on eBay though, I'm not sure of the laws around that, anyone in the know? The freaks are calling forBlood bans all round for people doing so, messy as usual. Tut tut!

Why do they think they can tell people what they can do with their own belongings?!

and LOL at ‘Caroline knows’, no she bleeping doesn’t.

you think the woman who uses Wordpress to sell thousands of kits is some kind of eBay mastermind? Please.

AFAIK it's perfectly legal to sell anything you own on eBay or any other platform.

"Generally, it’s not illegal to resell an item that you have legitimately purchased. Once you have purchased something at retail it is yours to do with as you choose. Manufacturers tend to have little or no control over a product past the first customer they sell to".

Selling as a business is potentially problematic, but they're doing nothing wrong.

I thought that too, if you own something its yours to do what you want with it. But I'm sure I saw something on her blog prior to kits going live that outlined no selling on. Unfortunately I can't find it now.

Eh, what is this madness? Surely they can sell whatever they want on eBay if they've bought it themselves? Why is someone reporting the listings? :ROFLMAO: lol when you think they can't get even more bonkers they do.

My favourite are the suggestions to get them kicked out the freaks group as punishment. Bless.

And now the drama about people selling on eBay....and the “oh I cldnt get one cos I was at work (insert sob story here)....mats
You’ll find those that maybe bought 6 kits in error sat tight and thought, duck it I’ll sell these on eBay and make a fortune as the freaks must get their hands on them regardless the price!!a

she dealt with the blunder appalling, I agree with what someone said earlier, all those who ordered more than one, cancel and refund duplicate orders then resell remaining stock xx

Speaking of, the sales groups have obviously gone insane with kit sales and the SR box and there's been so much drama and bullying in one of the groups that the admin has closed it. They are legitimately bleeping monsters.
I think this is the same group where the main admin got ripped to shreds for using another group’s ‘fair pricing’ spreadsheet. I feel that the correct thing would have been to ask the original author for permission to use their spreadsheet, but at the same time, a fair pricing spreadsheet is hardly a phd thesis is it?!

I think these buying/selling freaks groups have nearly had their day.. too many people selling for a massive profit (each to their own) and too many people rudely calling them out for it because they seem to think they are entitled to cheap everything.

Also saw this on the account PMSL laughing - legal action taken if kits sold on..... good luck with that. One cursory glance at EBay shows that threat isn’t working.. sorry for rubbish photo
And let me guess. The lawyer is Caroline’s great uncle twice removed’s cousin’s wife. Because that’s how she works. Sack the CV and credentials.

Legally there isn't anything you can do limited edition etc once sold to the person they can sell it for whatever price they want CH can't do diddly about it. I just want to know who the people are that pay over the odds for this stuff

In the Bathroom with Sali H, part 2, Caroline says, and I quote - ‘love a bit of Aesop, you can’t go wrong with Aesop’. What happened to change her mind to wanting to remove them from the market??
