Liberty in general might be but the SR not a pop up counter, really? 
Good Lord I just came across the podcast and the q&a on YouTube and she comes across as so oafish compared to SJP. Constantly talking over her and answering her own questions as soon as she’s asked them. Trying to finish sentences and butt in with the wrong answers. Utterly embarrassing 
The funny thing is that the Freak in question has been to the SR counter at least once. She was one of the "Freaks ensemble" When the Kween announced she was inflicting herself on LibertyIt tends to be busy a lot of the time!
Anyone with half a brain could figure out that one of the oldest department stores in London is a thoroughfare for tourists so it's going to be busy.
I wonder whether the cosmetic scientists thought it was a wonderful talk by Caroline Hirons? After all they are all qualified scientists she’s a beautician.
What is she contributing? How not to market your goods without a brand name, how to market your goods with names which the product isn’t. How to preach to people about not getting sunburn then telling them that you went on holiday and did just that?

Well someone has to do her work for her, and then she can say that they are her followers questions again, this time honestly.
Shows she doesn’t have a clue as anyone else wouldn’t have generic questions but ones for the person being questions.
She hasn’t left the beauty salon mentality of “have you been or have you planned any holidays”.
This is the problem we suffer these days. Anyone with a loud mouth and a microphone can set themselves up with a podcast and decide they’re going to interview people.
Interviewing is a skill that not everyone possesses and often takes years to perfect.
Just because Caroline Hirons wants to interview people doesn’t mean she can.

Interviewing someone well is deceptively hard. So many people think they can do it, but they often just want to talk about themselves. Like Hirons. Sali Hughes is the same. An interview should not be an even conversation where both people talk about themselves equally. Look at Graham Norton who has a very light touch extracting information from people whilst actually revealing very little about himself.
Nellie conducted herself exactly as she does when she has guests on her lives. Though more obsequious.
