Now don’t get me wrong, she‘s on holiday so yes, indulge in some sweet treats and cocktails but most people, Emma, do this ALONGSIDE eating healthier stuff like salad and fruits and veggies! It’s not a good idea to majinline sugar the whole 2 weeks you’re away! Mind you her diet back home is tit too so it’s not like this IS just because she’s on holiday- it’s her normal diet just ramped up a bit!!!
