They are posting entirely too many videos.
Well, at least they aren't covering the new food at Avengers Campus, like have seen covered by 3 other vloggers already (although, they will probably get around to stuffing their faces there anyway  ). And near the end of the vlog, KT is wearing that Runaway Railway conductor hat again, which still looks really stupid on her stupid, fat, head.
She looks completely stupid in that hat.

I want to know where they got the graphic at 16:03 in their latest video discussing the WDW reservation changes. It seems to hold some misinformation by stating that multi-day tickets still have to make a reservation. Everything I've found from Dinsey says any date-based ticket no longer needs to make a reservation after 1/9/24. They literally say "just select your start date..."

Don’t be negative… “it’s not cool for the cast members”
I seem to remember Spence sh*tting all over Disney in the latest Besties stream re: special event/party offerings  Complaining and saying it's not worth going to these events isn't a compliment to the cast members

Katie saying that they do these videos "for the guests" is like a guy saying that he buys Playboy "for the articles".

Best Life and Beyond:

“We want the guests to have a better experience”

“we talk to guests all the time”

I’m sorry… do they work for Disney?

Wait….is the the same “we want guests to have a better experience” gurl that screeches and screams on rides ruining the experience, rings the bell incessantly every 2 seconds down Main Street while others are trying to enjoy the car ride, lays down in the middle of Main Street for attention, try’s to cut off a boy from the rest of his family on Mark Twain in an effort to jumble up the steps, gets a child and family trespassed (think of what that child felt!) all because she didn’t like that Griftbuster called her out on her bullshit.
duck YOU KT

Don't forget that square on the ground where the cast members applaud you when you step inside it. Had someone given the Imagineer who brought this idea to the table a sampling of Best Life & Beyond, it never would have left the brainstorm. Talk about the exact wrong thing to introduce to someone like KT.

Thank God for the guests that Spreader was able to sneak in and report that POTC was completely unchanged after having totally ignored multiple requests from the cast members they claim to care so much about.

My goodness! It's an absolute miracle Disneyland was able to survive for over six decades before these two experts on "guest experiences" came along. As others have pointed out, they have a lot of experience in guest relations, especially on the "stressful and confused sides".

And they also know "what's not cool for CMs" - like arriving at that park at closing time and eating at restaurants and prancing around after hours. Its so fortunate for guests and CMs alike that these subject matter experts are on the job!
