He's a gym buff, and well, KT isn't. Seemed like KT was embarrassed of his jobs too. She could never say that he was a security at Best Buy or Target, but look how she boasts about Spencer's cue card job. Lol
I think Matt is too busy working out at the gym to bother with the divorce.

What couple orders their OWN PIZZA?! Then I figured we'd see to go containers, nope! They ate both pizzas. Then she got a 3 scoop ice cream cone.
So she called him dude a few times. He kept shooting her body and face at unflattering angles,
and when she sat in the display he said KTs sitting in "her" living room. Then he sees the prop bowl of Christmas cookies and he says "ohh KT there's treats here" oh how I enjoy Shady Spencer.

He's probably speeding things up now that he has a new hottie. I've had family members who didn't press for divorce finalization until they met someone new.
