If anyone has ever done any type of adoption or fostering training (like Lydia's mother will and possibly lydia given she lived at home as an adult when they fostered the little girl) they will know how important cuddles and nuture in those early weeks when your baby is attaching to you.

I don't get why she says she's over her eating disorder when its quite clear to everyone she hasn't with the way she plays with food, the amount she eats etc.... and the tonne of laxatives still in her bathroom.....
