Was anyone else annoyed when in her last vlog, she talked about cutting branches from trees in public parks so she can use in her beige apartment (because dried branches from a florist were too expensive)???!!!!!! I am in no way a crazy nature enthusiast or tree hugger, but I think this is soo wrong and disrespectful! Why would you pull off branches and leaves off of live trees (that are in a public areas) on a whim because branches/leaves are the current instagram esthetic?? If everyone did that.. then what? No trees or flowers in public parks? With that logic, I can dig up the flowers and bushes from my local botanical garden and arboretum. I was in Arizona last month visiting friends, I should have taken a cactus home in my suitcase...they were pretty and had flowers on them (it would have matched my duvet). Darn! Too late.

In her IG stories today, she re-posted a YT comment from a viewer where the person praises Annie saying she helped her more than any psychologist has.
It's incredibly arrogant, self-serving and dangerous for her to re-post that. Young viewers will look to influencers for mental health needs versus actual mental health professionals.
I take issue with this also because of her constant selling of products such as probiotics talking about the science of gut health, skin health when she is not a healthcare professional at all. All she does is ads now.
I used to have respect for Annie but I don't anymore. She's crossing the line and is irresponsible. Influencers and any adult posting videos should know that there are young viewers watching them and wanting to be them. I came here because I wondered if I'm the only one thinking how much Annie's content changed.
When she had that crazy raw food phase in Thailand years ago, I unsubscribed. Back in Switzerland she made a video where she explained that she learned from this experiment/mistake and her content was back to being really good. She looked so beautiful at that time, single life was doing her good.
I would say her peack was in 2018 when she started her vlogs and created weekly content. I was watching her videos all the time again and felt really inspired, even though I thought their relationship moved crazy fast. Her and Mo's cozy little apartment was so cute and lovely decorated! I also enjoyed reading her blog.
I'm not sure what happened towards the end of 2019, but everything changed. Something very bad must have happened that also changed her. Yes, there were a lot of rumours indeed that they were having relationship issues and she suddenly looked and acted soooo different in her videos. The same for Mo. I think quitting his hairdresser job was not in his favour at all, because now he basically works for his wife. I was so surprised how dull and lifeless their new apartment looks. I also like minimalism but it's just too much. Their tiny apartment was much more homey, don't you think?
Even though it's none of my business and her choice, I was so disappointed that she turned to the typical Instagram girl with the frozen face, different teeth, lip fillers and bigger boobs. And didn't even share her operation experience?? It was so odd to me. I still don't understand her changes at all, she looked stunning before in my opinion! The LA lifestyle has totally gotten to her in a bad way. I was in LA myself and trust me, it's not that great at all. To live in Munich is 10 times better in terms of safety, cleanliness, public transport, restaurants, people, the list goes on.
It is well known that her father is pretty wealthy and that's why she doesn't have to do a 9 to 5. There is absolutely no way that she makes that much money on her own. She's not that Insta famous and her content over the years wasn't regulary. And yes, of course people are jealous of that because it's not relatable, just as it's not relatable for anyone to wake up without an alarm clock because most people have jobs and obligations! That lifestyle won't work once she has a baby.
In my theory, their overly priced Nourished3 mask kinda flopped and that's why she started to promote silly stuff like crazy in order to make more money. The ads in her videos became so annoying that I had to unsubscribe again. It's like watching the QVC channel and she never did it as much as these days. I think it's a pitty. I really miss her vlogs and content from 2018. There was so much potential. I started to re-watch old content of her because of that.
I also don't get at all why the heck they don't share their business journey behind the scenes in the vlogs. Many Youtubers do that and blur out their products or just don't show as much of them. Because she leaves that part out, we only watch her cleaning, decorating and cooking these days. The repetition is real.
Also, what happened to the wedding video? She announced it and said something crazy happened at the altar, she also wanted to share more of the wedding planning experience, and suddenly there is no word anymore about her wedding. So what happened? Does anyone understand?
I don't think she will be pregnant anytime soon even though she talked about it so many times. I think she wants to move to LA first and get pregnant there.
Btw, Skeena isn't her cousin, they were besties and had a fall out years ago. I also wonder what happened. Her mom is Swedish, but her grandparents are Polish/Russian.

When 30 year olds get Botox and filler, they don’t look 40, they look 30 going on 60.
I know many who are 40-45 and look a lot more youthful than what Annie looks right now.

Yeah, same for me. I un-subbed both from her youtube and insta. I have decided to not even watch her content anymore, because it's actually gone beyond the point of fun-annoying to being flat-out icky. At first, I was a fan and liked her, albeit some annoying quirks, and then, when she got more annoying, it was fun to come here and snark. But this week, from her complete disregard for a tragedy happening in the world, to her disgusting entitled attitude about vacations, I literally cannot take it anymore. Her true colors have shone through.This is it for me, too. I can take a lot, but I'm not even going to watch the video. I'm going to unsubscribe now. She really took it too far this time.

And ironically, I will be the first to admit that I am Annie's target audience. Though not always the case, I'm currently in a privileged financial situation, similar age to her, someone who ( stupidly lol) pays too much for skincare/clothing, lots of international travel, etc. You can imagine the amount of snobs and pretentious people I encounter in this lifestyle
!! Yet never, truly NEVER, have I heard someone around me act so blatantly entitled or disrespectful of what is happening around them. She makes it crystal clear that she could absolutely care less about anyone but herself- for the love of God, talking about her bowel movements is more important to her than addressing an ongoing tragedy where peoples lives are being destroyed!! i think she's just gained weight. it is annoying to see that in every video and every post on instagram people are trying to guess whether or not she is pregnant yet since she spoke about wanting to get pregnant soon. idk why people think she will respond to a pregnant woman emoji comment with her pregnancy announcement and not a video on youtube whenever it happens. desi perkins spoke about this as well, that how when her audience knew she was trying for a baby she would receive messages of people guessing if she is pregnant yet from her posts and it was really frustrating with her fertility journey being so long. i remember someone even commented on her instagram post saying they had a dream that desi was pregnant and that just upset desi even more
I can't bear to even watch her videos anymore, they make me nauseous. They are literally THE SAME. Every single one. Her life is like groundhogs day. Same clothes, same food, same routine, same makeup. ffs how boring !! I used to "hate watch" her but now I just physically cant.

Yeah....honestly, I'm with you here. Even from the initial pregnancy announcement, I personally got a different vibe from many here - to me, it seemed quite strange and awkward. The way they immediately jumped to "Oh, we were able to conceive so easily", and Mo then immediately reassured Annie "You see? I told you, your body could do it" or something like that, it just seemed....not sincere. Like there was definitely more to that story that we will never hear (because, God forbid, someone as healthy as Annie has real-life struggles). She has made many videos in the past saying she "definitely" saw herself with at least one child by 2020 or 2021, and it somehow seemed like they jumped from announcing their pregnancy to immediately reassuring how easy it was for them. Just seems strange. As someone who never dealt with fertility issues and whose first child was a "one hit wonder
", I never felt compelled to highlight this fact when I was pregnant. On top of that, the next video, where viewers were probably waiting for some actual insight into her pregnancy and how she was doing, was equally strange. She didn't even touch upon normal pregnancy related things, such as how far along she was, how she was actually *feeling* (besides the generic "excited", blabla), and she didn't even share what it was like to be pregnant in her first trimester with her husband sick with Covid (because this was likely the timeframe Mo had it), how scary that must have been to fear that she too could catch it while pregnant, or how it felt to have Mo away from her so much during the first trimester (since he traveled a lot without her). Just, all this real, meaningful stuff that people could relate to, and....nothing. I think this is just a sad indicator of her future "baby-related" content - a fake, staged life, just like she has shown us in the past . Maaaaan I feel so poor when I look at her lifestyle! Even during covid she's barely home. She went to Paris twice then to Geneva, Dubai, Spain for her dad's birthday then for her wedding, now she's back there again and off to Italy! That's more vacations than I've managed in my lifetime. And it's hardly as if she has a busy life back home. Life is a big vacation for her and somehow she still doesn't look entirely happy or content
Am i the only who just CAN'T stand her way of talking. Its so slow (like everything in her life) and dreamy-sweet voice just kills my nerves sometimes.

Same. She is always travelling and relaxing and practicing self care. Its hilarious when she doles out important advice about figuring out the ideal time to work out and living without an alarm clock. Things that real people with real jobs and real problems don't really think about. I also love that despite travelling constantly, she always get yet another white dress or bikini for her latest vacation. Annie, you travel every few months, you don't need to add to your wardrobe.

I think she is pregnant, and more so, it is very likely that she edited the bump (why - maybe she just really doesn't want to show how pregnant she is yet). My husband is a photoshop expert (like on a professional level, not just in his free time lolWell by the looks of this she's not pregnant. Unless she edited the bump out which would be stupid.

) and I have asked him to look at some of Annie's previous insta pics (not more recent ones, though) - he says she is definitely, 100 % using photoshop, particularly on her legs, arms and chin (because of his profession, he is also trained in human anatomy and proportions, and he can tell immediately when a certain body part has been altered even in the slightest, which hers has. I don't think it's cool (or necessary) to point out specific photos I've asked him about, but I will say that, in her case, one of the tools she uses most is the one that minimizes and streamlines. My husband said that the alterations are quite subtle and well-preformed, so either she has some skill in photoshop, or someone who is skilled that is helping her. So, if she wanted to edit out the bump for some reason, then she would certainly be able to .Also, I had the same reaction to Mo with sunglasses indoors. It's so pretentious

Idk where you are coming from but the ‚standards‘ are different from country to country. Here in Germany / Europe in general, it‘s normal to live in an apartment that doesn’t have a garden. Not everyone has the means to buy/rent a house or apartment with a garden. And it doesn‘t get better with the years, you and your partner can have decent paying jobs and still not be able to afford to buy or rent something bigger.
