So he's wearing the collared shirt because his Aunt and Uncle are in town and they are going to dinner with his parents. It's clear that's why he's wearing it even though he says "I have no idea why I'm wearing this shirt"
Let the over-explaining commence. Things over-explained in this video in order to make it to 30 mins:
- Jet lag
- how big of a Rays fan he is, down to exactly how and what devices he uses to watch games on the road
- his entire YouTube career
- his work experience prior to YouTube ("I worked bankers hours, I mean, I didn't work at a bank, but...")
- his hair
Adam thinks going to see the Rays in every MLB stadium makes him some sort of superior super fan. He thinks it shows true dedication. He should try moving to St. Pete and attending all 81 home games and see if he can do it, no? That's a bit more dedication that flying first class all over the place to take in one game here and there.
He says wants to get away from dated events and "lists", right after mentioning he has 12 more stadiums on his list to visit

. "You know, next year I've gotta do the baseball stuff"

. Right Adam, sure you do. Don't forget the $130k in DVC points that certainly qualify as "dated events" every year.
Yet another Pumpkin Spice Latte, always good for the soul and the belly!
Adam wants a change, he needs a change. He's got a "dated" event lined up at the end of October (probably Haunt-related and probably in California) but he's not sure he'll actually do it. Adam needs to be alone (sorry Chelsea), and he misses the backroads. So Adam's big change is to simply re-visit what he's done a million times before, backroads, including this year
as recently as 4 months ago.
He says he loves doing daily videos, it puts his mind at ease and "it's just what I do."
Duh, it's his only outlet socially, and it's also his job. A job that allows him to travel in first class and do as he pleases.
He then confesses that although he LOVES Celebration and loves living there, as soon as he got back he wanted to leave again

. He's FORCING himself to stay at home for almost 3 whole weeks, everyone! Wow, what gumption Adam has to stand up to...Adam. And he says he doesn't want to fly anywhere, so the small towns and backroads will be all the same areas around Florida that he's done already, at least initially. No flying to Wisconsin or Minnesota or the Dakotas and then driving around areas he's never really explored, it'll be Georgia and up the east coast or across Alabama, Mississippi, etc.
In 2024 he's replacing DragonCon with D23, so still a convention. What a huge change

.
He wants to do small towns and backroads 75% of the time. He thinks this is what people want to see. That would be a huge change in his content compared to the last 5-6 years and I'd be interested to see what that would do to his views when it becomes 75% of the time.
He blames his social anxiety on his poor interactions with fans, and then blabs on about everything he's already said, regurgitating it endlessly.
He throws in that he's been thinking about where he wants to end up. Probably not Florida or California, he says, but doesn't provide any other info about where he would like to "end up". You can be sure this means he will end up in Florida or California.
Rest of the month will be mostly haunts and WDW. Then he will hit the road, maybe? He says he can't do another year of the "same old same old" he's done the past few years.
Of course the remedy is NOT to find something new to do, it's to go back to to the "same old same old" that he did in the 2010's.
He concludes by obsessively zooming in on a PVC pipe in the stupid lake and confessing that it wasn't so much that the Rays lost,
it's that he couldn't there when they lost. It's always about Adam, isn't it?
This is the type of conversation any normal person would have with their best friends, their family, their confidantes. Adam has it with a camera walking around Celebration. That pretty much says it all.
