I bought some cropped ones in M and S I'm small too and the are low on the calf, but not down too the floor.
Oh thank you I’ll go have a wee look 👍🏻

Just placed an order on skims. Only got a t shirt and a thong, and spent £70 😂 it’s expensive isn’t it! But I’ve heard the quality is amazing, I’m super excited 🥹

Hi, I’m 5ft would these leggings be a good fit for my short legs ?? So far every legging I buy seem to gather at the bottom and I absolutely hate that look, I would like if they sat just above my ankle
I got the Pulse seamless leggings, I’m 5ft 3 and they sit above my ankle, they don’t gather at all - agree though, my gymshark ones do and I hate it

I know they’re pricey but I swear by Lululemon. Different lengths, pockets/no pockets, so soft, strong - I use for weights and cardio etc, last ages so are cost effective when you counter that in 😊
Funny you mention them cause just earlier I was reading about the murder case were the woman was caught stealing a pair and murdered the catchee.

Omg the lululemon murder 😮😮 did you read about the bit where the apple employees could hear screams but didn’t do anything? That case haunts me

I heard they heard what sounded like 2 women arguing but didn't know they heard her screaming. Never heard of it before today just happened to see a FB article about it.

Yeah there’s CCTV of them listening closely to the wall and then ignoring it. Don’t want to derail the thread but it’s such a scary case…

Worth it! I have various skims bodysuits and they’re a amazing quality. The only downside for me has been that I need to wear a bra too because they make my tits look horrendous even though in reality they’re ok. But other than that they’re great!

I’m 34 this year and feel like I’m stuck in my early 20s with style and skincare/ makeup. I want to be more put together so I feel more confident and actually look my age. I read this thread daily but get so overwhelmed of where to begin.
Style wise I’m 5ft 8 size 12/14 pear or hourglass (trying to lose weight). Any advice for someone who is totally lost?

I was in the same place and stumbled across this on You Tube. Here's a selection but she does all sorts and recommends things that make life easier.

Does anyone shave their peach fuzzy face hair? I don’t know if I’ve only recently noticed mine or whether it’s actually become more noticeable, but there it is.

I use a facial epilator, get hair over my lips and with age notice a bit more fuzz. It was sore to start b you get used to it really quickly

So, I use the little facial razors but was heavily scolded by a skincare specialist as apparently it destroys the skin barrier. I’ve seen dermatologists speak out about it since, too.
Peach fuzz = good
Dermaplaning = bad

I absolutely still do it, of course. But it’s generally not advised by professionals.

I use a little electric face razor. It's super quick and easy. It does not make the hair grow back thicker. I got mine from Amazon but I've seen lots of them in various shops.

I can't see how it can be that bad if men don't get told not to shave for the same reason.

Find someone on instagram whose style you like who has a similar body shape to you for inspo and same with make up - find someone with similar colouring to you and steal some ideas. Or (spendy option) go to somewhere like Space NK and get your make up done so you can get help to work out what you like and what suits you. Don't wait until you've lost weight to get new clothes, get a few bits now to help you feel good (you deserve to feel good now and for me, feeling good keeps me in a cycle of looking after myself well) and get as many accessories as you like to change things up and make the most of your existing wardrobe. I'm an hourglass as well and always look for things that go in at the waist - I find anything shapeless makes me feel big. Size 12/14 for someone who is 5"8 doesn't sound at all big anyway, but of course it is how you feel that matters. Good underwear will make a massive difference to how your clothes look on, so get measured for a bra if you haven't already.
For skincare, start with the basics, so cleansing properly every night, moisturise etc and work out your skin concerns then add in more targeted skincare, i.e retinol if you are worried about ageing etc. Good luck, I hope you are feeling your confident best soon!
