Going to be really honest and say I found her latest post really triggering. I’m struggling to conceive and have had multiple miscarriages in the past two years. Rachel just clicks her fingers and boom. Another baby is on its way. I know she is just living her life but she just looks so smug. I’ve noticed lately some influencers will acknowledge those struggling to conceive when they do a pregnancy announcement but not Rachel. I guess if you’ve never struggled for something so precious in life you’ll never know the pain.

Have enjoyed zero YG content of late, but did see the latest pod title. Recycling content again, diving into her diet again. Let it gooooo. If anyone listened I’d love to know if it’s as predictable as it seems. I’ll venture a guess:

-She says ancestral about a million times, so much so the word loses any meaning.
-I’m 100% sure she has to tell the world about bone broth like she discovered it because that’s such a trend. Not negating benefits, but trendy is trendy.
-Vegans are constricting and judgmental. This one irks me because I’m married to one and I enjoy my pescatarian diet fine, sorry she was a shit vegan, but that community has grown and evolved past her close-minded beliefs.
-Magic eggs? mystical bovine? Any magic meat?
-And maybe more “facts” about veganism being awful for the planet because the food is packaged. 😂 Big leap from claiming that’s veganism’s fault and not the entire food industry.

For a person so grounded in her choice, this incessant need to shove her label-free life down people’s throats, although she’s basically labeled herself as anti-vegan anti-medicine privileged white girl right quick, drips with insecurity. 😳

It's probably a new house that the universe brought to them in a miraculous way just when they found out they were expecting a new baby. It's an old and needs a lot of work, but some kind of good spirits are there and will guide her through the pregnancy and raising the new baby. And the tiny tiny cabin is gonna be an airbnb.

Her stories today drove me nuts. Sounds exactly like someone with a high school education level who does not understand what science even is spewing bullshit to the masses after reading random shit on the internet to herself. You can find anything on the internet. Confirmation bias in full action with her.

Omg I feel bad for anyone that decides to take that job and becomes Rachel’s new bitch. Why would a farm hand need to be good with children???? She clearly wants someone to do everything for her for no pay
Yep, she probably will set up one of those "work stay" situations in which young people can travel the world by working for lodging and basic food in different places for a few weeks.

On a different note, whenever Rachel tries to speak medicine or anything, it becomes so obvious that she's an uneducated, ignorant person.

No, Rachel. No one said natural immunity didn't exist. What experts said was that trying to bring about herd immunity by letting people get covid freely, without vaccines, and therefore with likely worse side effects and even long term consequences was not the way to go in a civilized society. That it would cost thousands their lives. Kind of like here in the US where it's now become normalized to continue to have thousands of covid deaths per week.

As always, her white, rich, western, able bodied privilege is showing. She doesn't vaccinate her kid (said so in the Q&A in the most cowardly way ever), she doesn't believe in protecting those at risk from covid. She doesn't understand that every single one of us able bodied, relatively healthy, individuals are one flu or cold away from becoming disabled. Because she's an idiot.

Sorry for the rant. I just hate how much disinformation she spreads.

ETA: it's so ironic how little Miss Always Talking US politics and pretending to be super woke is now putting her trust on the WSJ, aka the preferred news outlet of cultured republicans. She's just a joke. An ignorant, stupid joke.
---
Sorry. More from me but Good grief, she keeps going.

Mother Nature. "Mother Nature". If we allowed mother nature to rule then our life expectancy would be like 30 years old. Rachel, you'd be dead. You'd have died from your appendicitis.

I have a friend who got mononucleosis in college. It triggered a bad response in her, she developed M.E. She's 33 but has the energy of an 80 year old. She can't work out or she gets awful muscle spasms. A walk in the park for her can be like a rock climbing session for us. Her mind gets foggy. Not everyone is lucky. Mother Nature isn't always motherly. None of us like thinking about how very fragile we are but that's why we need to be responsible and care for our community to mitigate the risks. We didn't get to 70ish years of life expectancy by letting Mother Nature take the wheel.

Rachel might be the dumbest, most infuriating influencer I know of and that's saying something considering I also know of Niomi Smart and Tanya Burr and Zoe Sugg.

I’m from Sweden, too. And I find her more annoying and more unhinged now than ever. I would have some kind of respect for her if she really was downsizing to live a slow and ”simple” life closer to nature – if she actually DID! But buying property after property and profiting the hell out of everything is just wow. The FARM, all the renovation going on, having an expensive and unnecessary af SUV and promoting (?) an expensive af DOWN jacket (which is unclear if it was an ad btw – if it was she is clearly not following the Swedish online marketing law…) is not so eeeh... ancestral? She's a brat and good with words just like other "successful" narcis.

Whyyy would you PAY to make glögg with her? I just don’t get it. It’s mulled wine, glühwein, whatever you wanna call it. Just Google it. She's really trying to profit from exactly everything. And this pin points exactly why I don’t follow her anymore. Except for the analyzing here, hehe. She is an interesting (nut)case to analyze for sure.

She really has been like…

VEGANISM VEGANISM I WILL SHOVE VEGANISM DOWN YOUR THROATS AND IF YOU ARENT VEGAN YOURE AWFUL. ITS THE ONLY WAY TO LIVE A LIFE OF NON HARM ALIGNED WITH YOUR VALUES, HOW CAN ANYONE CONSIDER EATING AN ANIMAL.

*hand on heart* hey guys, I decided to change my mind. You can all offer ME some grace, I am allowed to change my mind. It’s not nice for us all to be judging others all the time. We all need to do what’s right for our body. It’s a very personal choice. So no, I don’t feel like a hypocrite for growing and changing. I realize it was so wrong of me to force my husband and child into a life of veganism, I am big enough to admit that.

VEGANISM IS SO BAD FOR YOUR BODY AND SO BAD FOR THE PLANET IF ANYONE IS VEGAN ITS SO STUPID AND IT ABSOLUTELY IS NOT ALIGNED WITH THE NATURAL ORDER OF THE WORLD. NOW YOU NEED TO MAKE BONE BROTH AND OWN A FARM TO SLAUGHTER YOUR OWN ANIMALS AND IF YOU ARENT DOING THAT YOU ARE NOT CONNECTED TO THE EARTH.

Like, yikes. I also don’t give a shit what she eats and I’m not vegan but it’s this lack of self awareness that she’s doing the same thing all over again just in the other end of the spectrum that drives me nuts. We are expected to offer Rachel grace to change her mind when she doesn’t offer that to anyone else about their decisions. I honestly wish I could just hear her say something along the lines of “veganism was important in my life at one point and served me well and now I have moved on to something else”… done, end of story. I could respect that so much more than this.

You know how serial killers always want to fire their lawyers and defend themselves in court because they are so narcissistic they believe that everyone buys any bullshit they spew out of their mouths… that reminds me of Rachel. Just so narcissistic that she thinks everyone should just bow down to her and all her decisions with no questions asked and she can get herself out of anything with her words.

New to the thread! The whole vegan controversy brought me here. She's awful, a total liar, and bone-deep mean but a domestic abuser? That's an Olympic-level jump, imho.
Welcome! 😁 This thread is a great space if you feel scammed or jaded by YG. I was a huge fan and follower from the beginning and over the past few years found myself less and less interested and more off put. Then I found these guys and it made me feel good to know I wasn’t some cynical asshole, other people saw it too! Sometimes there can be disagreements, but as a whole we all just feel like YG has become a toxic and money-scheming platform. I think when any big terms are thrown around it may be just in the heat of typing, so totally understand. That said ooooh @bffr will we be getting a comedic rundown? 😁

Also does anyone feel like this is nearing the end of a movie about a long con? I can’t put my finger on it and it sounds so silly, but selling Island Yoga (which has been for sale for a while now) and acknowledging the letting go of yoga and Aruba is like the end of an Oceans 11 movie where the thieves (who are likable 😂 at least) fly away having successfully robbed the casino. I’m not saying YG had this meticulously planned, but at some point she started plotting how she could make her YG brand into passive income instead of a place of service. They have their pricey Air BNBs and now can fly away from the island (aka the casino sorry I can’t let this analogy go 😎) and giggle maniacally all the way home. Ha ha ha *roll credits*

Lol a bit late to this but listened to last weeks podcast. She literally says she doesnt wanna be part of the birth system etc of Sweden.. how all her autonomy is taken away. And ranting all about it. To 10 min later talk about .. how she IS SO excited about being part of the system because of maternity leave 😀🥹😂. This is mindblowing.

Literally saying she is not gonna register anywhere. And then later in the podcast she registers with a midwife so she gets pay ahah omg. Continues also to plan a sonogram to check if her placenta is all good. 😂

The podcast today may be the most unhinged shit I’ve ever heard her spout. Did y’all know that badgering someone to sell their house is the same thing as “manifesting”? It is. Totally is. Also daddy’s property didn’t help at all. She can make things happen out of thin air, she is SO magical. I can’t wrap my head around her hearing herself tell the entire “how we got the farm” story, and then calling it…. Manifesting. Maybe it’s manifesting, maybe it’s extreme wealth and white privilege, hmmmm.

She’s so transparent it’s laughable 😂 She didn’t get her reality show in LA, so she’s creating drama to get more engagement and desperately show that she has a following worth a show. Her vegan announcement was the start of truly sad attempts to “break the internet” when in reality she’s a ding in the online world, just like everyone else. Only she trashed her following and is now just pathetically trying to stay relevant by being a toxic jerk.

Rachel’s idea that she is the chosen one who will heal all her family’s trauma is especially annoying given the fact that Rachel is in no way “healed”. She is a narcissistic privileged diva with immense health anxiety who loves to create drama and is just downright mean to people, like the Regina George of the “wellness world”
---

Sorry rach, think you’re just continuing the line. And I’m sure we will see that as her children grow up
---

Also this is gone from her stories now but did anyone see her post a pic of a cabin the other day saying “new goal, buy a cabin like this somewhere beautiful”…. She can’t be thinking about buying property number 462857 already after just buying her “dream farm”… Rachel please stop. Please be happy with what you have for once. Live in the moment. You know, all that stuff you spew to your followers but don’t reallly live by

Some podcast cliffs

- Lea started begging for a sibling once they moved to Sweden. Which is sad bc that probably just means she was lonely, but ofc to Rachel, this is a SIGN FROM THE UNIVERSE.
- Lea is convinced this baby is a boy, and they are already referring to the baby as “he,” so HELP US, LORD, IF THIS BABY IS A BOY AND SHAMAN LEA ACCURATELY PREDICTED THE GENDER, we will never hear the end of it
- they told Lea at 8 weeks but talked to her about miscarriage just in case??? Which feels like a lot for a 5-year-old, especially to do so preemptively.
- Lea can’t keep her mouth shut about Rachel being pregnant, which is being told as if it’s really endearing and adorable, but ughhhh lol she does an excellent job of making her own child sound annoying af
- Lea went row by row on the flight to aruba to tell every single person on the plane that HER MOMMY HAS A BABY IN HER BELLY. The way Rachel is telling this “journey”, you would think she’s the only person to have ever conceived in the history of humanity
- Rachel found the farm of her dreams. Still unsure if it’s the same property she stayed on when they first moved to Sweden? She’s kinda implying that it is, but won’t straight up say it, which makes me think she wants us to believe it is that same property even though it actually isn’t
- it’s weird listening to Rachel talk about wanting to settle down as a family, plant some roots, start a farm, and have a baby while Dennis is on a week-long bike trip in Aruba? Like yes he sounds very content to be all snuggled up in Sweden. Oh, wait….
- some bragging about how easily she got pregnant. And how some people have to track their ovulation and go through IVF and blah blah blah, but ofc Rachel is perfect and dealt with none of that that
- her (poor) “nOt tHaT kInD oF” Rothschild friend's child also predicted Rachel’s pregnancy. All these kids are just super special psychic snowflakes
- the way she says mini. Does this irk anyone else? MEEEEYNEEEEY
- Rachel took a pregnancy test on her birthday, and ofc it was positive~~~~!
- Dennis wasn’t as excited as Rachel at first, probably bc, mentally, he is riding bikes in Aruba and not trapped on a farm with a newborn, Lea, and some fucking cows while Rachel cries about being overwhelmed
- Rachel acted like she didn’t want to tell her friends that she was pregnant right away but went out of her way to make it as evident as possible
- Rachel had some spotting early in her pregnancy, right before her Aruba trip, so of course, she freaked out, which is understandable. She segways into her severe anxiety surrounding health and loss, which is nice to see her acknowledging, but she should probably discuss it w a professional before the postpartum period rocks her shit
- like everyone has already mentioned, she wants a wild pregnancy/birth that isn’t treated like a medical condition. Despite the fact that at 10 weeks she’s already treating this pregnancy as a medical condition (she got an early ultrasound in aruba just to make sure everything is ok)
- justifies not needing any prenatal appointments by saying she is a healthy person and has never had any serious health concerns. Madam? Are we really gunna pretend like you weren’t acting like you were on your deathbed for MONTHS after finding mold in your house??
- this lady is 100% going to give birth in a hospital. I’m sure she’ll find a way to spin the story to make it sound like ShE lIsTeNed To Her BoDy AnD thIs BaBy WaS mEaNt tO bE bOrn In tHe HoSpItAl aNd SoMeTiMeS lIsteNiNg tO Ur BoDy iS tHe MoSt AnCeSTrAl ThIng YoU cAn Do
- the baby is a boy (not confirmed) and already and introvert. Ok
- she’s already blah blahing about the baby being a Gemini or he might be a cancer. Lord

It’s gunna be a long 9 months, yall.

Rachel's rebel pregnancy is just one more proof of her privilege. She's just so lucky to fall pregnant on a whim, she thinks it's easy and no big deal. I have friends who are going through harrowing fertility struggles. I bet you anything that when they get pregnant they won't be going around disparaging Western medicine and calling guidelines nonsense and drinking. They know how easy it is to miscarry, how hard it can be to become pregnant.

I have less and less patience for Rachel lately.

I’m having a hard time wanting to look at her content or even snark about her lately. She really is such a bottom of the barrel, thirsty, smug, insufferable ass bitch.

Everything is obviously just a game for her to keep people coming back to her platforms to what kinda crazy antics she’s up to next. It’s only going to keep escalating and I really don’t wanna feed into it. She can go choke on her own placenta for all I care

Slowly but surely she's becoming an antivaxx white privileged lady. She is uneducated, but so loud for no reason. I don't want to offend anyone, because uni degree is not all that, but at least it teaches critical thinking which she is obviously lacking. She has said before she did not like school and does not want to put Lea into Swedish school because it is so restricting.
The “woo-to-Q” pipeline is REAL. If any of you are unfamiliar with the concept, there’s a ton of fascinating articles available, I’ll link a few below. It’s wild to watch it happen in real time.

I feel like in Rachel's case the maternity leave is a scam. Maternity leave is for people who actually work to receive money without having to do said work. What's she getting leave from? Posting her sun damaged face multiple times a day?

I couldn’t listen, she is going to be the worst thing to happen to wellness. Now she’s spouting pregnancy nonsense where western medicine (that can and has prevented so much unnecessary heartache) is the bad guy. I believe that there does need to be more focus on empowering mothers and letting them have a say, BUT it’s not all monsters and people with agendas.

Now she’s rewriting her birth story with Lea. Every experience she has needs to be examined under a microscope. She is mourning her first pregnancy?! How can you trust anything she says? In ten years she will be bitching about this pregnancy and inventing some trauma behind it to justify her newest wellness trend.

Trust your intuition of course, but don’t ignore logic or the privileges afforded to you by modern medicine. Privileges some would pay and arm and a leg for. Pregnancy is sacred and beautiful and can be dangerous, and modern medicine has done some great things with preventing and eliminating dangers. Like anything, there’s bad doctors and bad practices, but as a whole we are far better off than our ancestors were when it comes to safe and successful births.

His childhood best friend lives in Sweden also (Patrick) who is married to Olivia!
Yeah, the fact that both Rachel and Olivia found themselves two surfing tropical Island boys and dragged them to Sweden is just too funny. Poor dudes. Sweden Nov to March/April is just a grey hole. Sure it’s kinda nice in December and around Christmas, and if you go up north, but probably hard with the cold darkness if you’re from the Caribbean.

It seems that they live kinda close to a few cities, including Stockholm. And there are plenty of houses nearby them, like 40-50 houses… So, sure, it’s a little bit remote, but not like in the middle of nowhere as she wants us to believe. And lightyears from how remote Jonna Jinton lives. Whom by the way seems like a sweet and genuine person, working hard for what she has. Living in a cold abandoned school in the beginning when she moved from the big city, chopping wood, doing like really hard work… While Rachel is like “whoops we got a house!!! It’s a miracle!” (aka a rich dad). Oh, right, it's just a tinytinytiny not-even-a-cabin according to Rachel. Guess it’s just too small to fit her huge ego.

Btw, just waiting for her to jump on the (not so very new) bone broth trend, slurping it straight in to the camera smirking and giggling hysterically.
