What I eat in a day

Breakfast - green juice ( kale cucumber celery apple and lemon )
Lunch - steak roll with rocket, tomato and pesto Mayo
Snack - banana with peanut butter
Dinner - stir fry minced pork with green beans, Bok Choy and ginger rice
Dessert - half block of honeycomb rocky road

10am - Frosties
1pm - Tortilla pizza
8pm - Spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino and garlic bread

Lots of water and a San Pellegrino lemon and mint juice (was delicious - almost like a non alcoholic mojito 😂)

Yesterday I had:

Oat milk coffee berocca and vitamins
Breakfast: green smoothie
Lunch: chicken teriyaki 6 inch subway with all the salad and sweet onion sauce, cheese and onion walkers
Tea: chippy 🐖 salt and pepper chicken, chips, fried rice and curry sauce
Water, 2 teas and 2 bottles of birra miretti
It’s my daughters birthday this weekend so allllll the buffet stuff and McDonald’s is coming my way 🐖 😂 I went for a long run yesterday though so that’s eased my guilt a bit 😂

Yesterday I had:

Breakfast - granola with oat milk, sliced banana, sunflower seeds and chia seeds
Lunch - two slices of toast with olive oil, garlic salt and chopped up boiled egg (trust me)
Snack - coffee and cake
Dinner - pasta with tuna, red pesto, peas
Dessert - chocolate!

lots of water and a Diet Coke or two through the day!

Breakfast - porridge with a peach and seeds on top
No lunch
Snack - Popchips crisps and a tango ice blast
Dinner - tomato soup with a roll and cheese
I also had an oat latte. So not the greatest of days but not the worst I’d reckon, mind you i was craving the tango ice blast so much!

Snack - babybel
Lunch - crackers cheese and salami
Dinner - veggie pizza and glass of red wine
Pudding - alpro chocolate pudding (probably haven’t had it yet 🤣)

breakfast - yogurt, fruit & granola
lunch - chicken and feta salad
snack - a pear and some grapes
dinner - chicken stir fry
will probably have a snack later but not quite sure what yet :)

B - disappointing greggs sausage roll (why do I keep doing this to myself!?)
L - piece of biscoff cake at a lovely cafe
D - linguine with some sort of spicy tomato sauce that I haven’t figured out yet.

3 soya lattes and not enough water through the day.

Had a smoothie for breakfast and then it’s all gone to tit since then 😂

I did do a ridiculous 30 minute cycle on my peloton so I’m sure it’s balanced out 🥴

Breakfast: blueberry pancakes and bacon
Lunch: homemade butternut squash soup and a slice of sourdough
Dinner: currently awaiting a Chinese takeaway

Water, a clear whey protein drink thing, and some white wine

Breakfast: toast W butter
Lunch: cheese, onion and tomato toastie
Tea: tuna pasta with sweetcorn & red onion
Snacks: got a white chocolate Ferraro rocher bar I’m gonna eat soon 😋

1 cup of tea and water throughout the day

B: 2 coffees I think, with almond milk, 2 prunes, 1 bowl of special K regular flavour cereal with almond milk, Green Tea
Post pilates snack: nut + caramel snack bar.
Lunch: Pineapple juice, handful of tomatoes and one large carrot.
Dinner: Leek+Potato soup with tumeric and some garlic, nut+caramel bar, Pineapple juice again.
*Water throughout the day.

L - nothing
T - hunters chicken with homemade chips
S - galaxy orange 😂 back on it tomorrow..

Lunch - leftovers - beef satay noodles
Tea - Tiktok recipe - pasta made with tomato paste/ cream cheese and threw in some frozen veggies. Half a tonne of cheese ( ok slight exaggeration 😂)
Snacks - beef hula hoops / a blueberry yogurt
Water through the day plus a grape Fanta zero
What’s the grape Fanta zero like please?

B= Berry and cinnamon smoothie and a salty peanut cereal bar. Cuppa
L= 3 egg omelette and a Jive bar.
D =Half a bottle of red wine and some crisps.

Starving now due to not fancying dinner earlier. We were debating a takeaway then procrastinating so long we didn’t bother. Gonna go and have a bowl of crunchy nut now because that’s how we roll on Saturdays 😆

I think they do have a grape twang to them. I find them to be less artificial tasting than the original American version (which is overly grape flavoured and overly sweet ).

Not such a good food day today

Bfast - coffee and porridge with peanut butter
Lunch - 2 potato waffles topped with spag hoops
Tea - McDonald’s ! 6 Nuggets meal and a plain cheeseburger.
drinks -lots of nas cordial.
snacks -kitkat chunky and a mini choc muffin

11am - cappuccino with almond milk

2pm - latte

8pm - chips and cheese with jade mayo, slice of chocolate Guinness cake

Cake is now in the bin as I was sick of the sight of it …

Breakfast: two slices of leftover pizza 😋
Snack: Greek yogurt w/ blueberries, chia seeds and honey. Reese's peanut butter cups.
Dinner: sushi

Breakfast - small tetra chocolate milkshake

Lunch - fish finger and cheese bap with ketchup (no I’m not pregnant it’s the best combo ever!)

Snack - red apple and some Flawsome pressed strawberry juice

Dinner - chicken and mushroom lasagne, garlic bread, and a small raspberry Mojito

feel like I basically lived a five year olds best life today

9am - Shreddies and sliced banana.
1.30pm - Bag of Walkers chicken crisps.
4.30pm - Roast chicken with mash, roast potatoes, veggies and stuffing.

Not had a lot to drink today 🙈 will have some water now and a hot chocolate later.
