What I eat in a day

Breakfast: Bran cereal
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch: boiled egg on toast with hot sauce
Dinner: three bean chili and homemade tortilla chips (corn tortillas cut up, brushed with a bit of oil, salt and thrown into the oven). Topped with cheese, sour cream, jalapeno and avocado 😋

Breakfast: sourdough with marmalade
Snack: banana
Lunch; leftover lasagne and some grapes
Snack: sweet and salted popcorn and a few sour sweets
Dinner: vegan chicken fried rice and some gyoza, salted caramel blondie cheesecake

Cup of cherry and cinnamon tea and lots of water.

Felt like i ate loads of crap today but actually listing this makes me think it’s not too bad (struggle with bingeing these days after a decade of disordered and restrictive eating!)

10am - granary toast with butter and honey
11am - 3 satsumas
12pm - pot of natural yoghurt
1pm - banana
3pm - cauliflower soup with bread & butter
6pm - pear
8pm - tomato and mozzarella salad

1 cup of tea with milk, a few pints of water (forget to count them)

ETA: I was also absent-mindedly munching on almonds throughout the morning.

Am pregnant, stressed and bored so was picking all day! Spent a lot of time thinking about salt & vinegar snack a jacks, which were sold out at supermarket when we did our big shop. 💔

b- toast with peanut butter and berries
d- ham and feta salad
t- chicken, wedges and green beans (hello fresh)
snack: fibre one brownie, apple and pear (no i didn’t eat any stairs lol), yogurt and an anzac biscuit!
around 3 coffees, a peppermint tea and 2+L of water :)

7am - coco pops and 3 crumpets w butter
10am - ham roll
12pm - 2 beef jamaican patty with a pack of Cadbury buttons
3pm - cheesestring
6pm - pasta bolognaise ready meal with garlic bread and a piece of artic roll

currently awaiting 2 triple cheeseburgers,chips, coke, 20 nugs, cheese share box and an apple pie (oh & Diet Coke)

juice n brews all day
UPDATE
I ate my McDonald's then melted chocolate over some cornflakes and ate that too

now I'm having a fibre one for balance 🙄

lunch: cheese, red onion & tomato toastie
Dinner: Chinese chicken stir fry
Snacks: apple this morning and I just had a whole drumstick bar

Omg I’ve ate loads today. In my defence I’ve gone back the gym (burnt 500 cals working out) and been for a walk. I defo eat more on days I’m working as well. Pure boredom

Anyway..

Brekkie: 2 weetabix with SS milk and honey
Lunch: a chicken breast, tenderstem broccoli, spinach and a sweet potato with Nando’s perinaise
Tea: Quorn pieces, half a pack of micro rice, curry sauce, an egg and peas (random but it was like chicken fried rice haha)
Snacks, grapes, a skinny whip bar, a mini fudge and a hand full of malteasers
3 cups of tea, 2l of water and 2 coffees

Feel like crap today but manages to make some crappy meals still

B - cornflakes and oat milk
L - peanut butter on toast
D - vegan chicken burger, micro rice and katsu sauce

Irn bru, coffee and water throughout the day. And some gummies and pringles for snacks.

L - chicken salad with sriracha mayo
D - jacket potato with beans cheese and salad
S - blueberries, fibre one bar
1 latte, 1 mint tea, 2 normal teas and 1 instant coffee
8647573 litres of water

9am: coffee
11am: weetos
2pm: chicken and vegetable soup with 2 bread & butter
4pm: handful of skittles
8pm: fish, potatoes and fried green beans
8:30pm: 2 biscuits

B: porridge
L: turkey sandwich and nature valley bars
D; Hot and spicy chicken fillet in a wrap. with plenty of salad and veggies

Snack, another two nature valley bars.

It doesn’t sound like a lot but it feels like. 😆

had a litre of water and plenty of cups of tea too

Dinner: Quorn with orange sauce and noodles
Snack: Half a bar of raspberry white chocolate (eek)

I also had 4 cans of diet coke (double eek) and 2 cups of black tea

B: my go to smoothie. Banana, blueberries, 1/4 cup oats, protein powder, milk, yogurt.
Snack: apple, cheese and almonds.
small bowl of all bran cereal. A few squares of dark chocolate.
Dinner: leftover chilli and corn tortilla chips.

11am - almond milk cappuccino

2pm - protein shake with soya milk, vegan protein powder, peanut butter and banana 🍌

5pm - slice of Sheffield Rarebit (cheese on toast with Henderson’s relish)

9pm - tortilla chips, mini waffle, glass of soya milk

Horrendous heartburn ❤🔥 tonight … if it’s not one thing it’s another 🙄

Too many carbs today.*....
B...two crumpets with butter and golden syrup 😋
L...piece of quiche, crisps
Snack...nut bar
D...spaghetti with meatballs in tom sauce
Water and black tea

So far:
3 coffees and 4 slices of bread, 2 with butter and 2 with feta cheese, I wake up really early everyday and eat throughout the morning.
*lots of water.

Forgot to do yesterday!
Breakfast - smoothie, I’ve had them too much they’re starting to give me the boke
Lunch - chorizo and mozzarella pasta salad
Dinner - chicken thighs and sweetcorn fritters
Snacks - 4 M&S cookies from a packet, NOT the huge bakery ones lol

Breakfast - weetabix and then some tiny toast with a bit of scrambled egg I couldn’t not have!
Lunch - bbq chicken salad with coleslaw and pinenut pasta thing from Tescos
Dinner - red pesto pasta meal from Gousto

double pasta today but yolo, I need the carbs for my peloton 🤣

For breakfast always fruits. I don't know but i really like it. For Lunch I'm looking for a more protein and dinner something easy like fish or some kind of salad :)

B - porridge with jam
L - had a chicken salad planned but I put the chicken in the container hot so my salad was all soggy. Two mini snicker bars and a packet of ready salted later…
D - bbq chicken wings with a chicken wrap
