Omg I’ve ate loads today. In my defence I’ve gone back the gym (burnt 500 cals working out) and been for a walk. I defo eat more on days I’m working as well. Pure boredom
Anyway..
Brekkie: 2 weetabix with SS milk and honey
Lunch: a chicken breast, tenderstem broccoli, spinach and a sweet potato with Nando’s perinaise
Tea: Quorn pieces, half a pack of micro rice, curry sauce, an egg and peas (random but it was like chicken fried rice haha)
Snacks, grapes, a skinny whip bar, a mini fudge and a hand full of malteasers
3 cups of tea, 2l of water and 2 coffees
