What I eat in a day

I’m obsessed with watching these on TikTok, purely because A. I’m a nosy cow and B. I’m a greedy cow 🤣 I’m also after some food inspo as I feel I eat the same stuff all the time. So I’ll go first…

7am - oat milk coffee and a berocca
9am - smoothie made with banana, spinach, peanut butter, cinnamon, ice and semi skimmed milk
1pm - homemade tomato soup and garlic bread
3:30pm - a MINCE PIE!!! It’s 1st sep 🤣🤣 and a cup of tea
5:45pm - piece of white fish, homemade wedges and peas
I’ve drank water through the day
i’ll prob have another cuppa tea and a couple of biscuits watching telly later

09:30am: Toasted breakfast waffle with golden syrup and strawberries.
11:10: Muller Light Greek Yogurt (Lemon)
1.40pm: A Greggs sausage roll.
3.30pm: An apple
5.30pm: A chip piece with salt and vinegar.

Had water, tea and squash to drink throughout the day. Don’t think I’ll eat any more tonight as I’m not feeling too great and will be heading to bed soon.

Omg I'll be so boring with these

8.30am - toast with butter
12.45pm - cheese on toast
2.34pm - a cup of tea
5.45pm - pork & apple casserole and way too much crusty bread

Drank water throughout the day
Will probs have some chocolate soon 😋

Breakfast: Porridge (Oats So Simple, plain) with seeds and a peach sliced on top
Snack: Banana oat bar
Lunch: Egg Mayo baguette

Have drank tea throughout the day and also water (about 1.5 litres)

i should probably eat some dinner but I’m really not hungry. 😬 TBF my lunch was late - 5pm, it might as well have been dinner 😆

8am - some wholegrain toast with scrambled eggs
1pm - a banana with some peanut butter
7pm - some chicken pesto pasta with tomatoes and spinach and some cheese on top.

11am - a cookie
3pm - a packet of mini cheddars
7pm - chicken kiev, asparagus and new potatoes. Chocolate eclair for pudding.

It’s been a busy day, I’ve not had time to eat 🥴

10:00am: a light and free white chocolate yoghurt and about 15 grapes

12:00pm: a jacket potato with a bit of butter on, a lindahl kvarg raspberry yoghurt and a few more grapes

7:00pm: spag bol (homemade sauce with carrots & celery) & a garlic ciabatta roll

7:30pm: two pieces of Caramac Cadbury’s chocolate.

I’ve also had a cup of tea, two pints of cordial and a couple of glasses of Coke Zero.

I love these kind of chats!

Skipped breakfast as had a busy day at work
1pm - 2 egg on Aldi ancient grains bread (game changer) with butter
3pm - Aldi (see the trend here, I work beside one🤣) kinder beuno
7pm - chicken and mushroom stew with cheesy mash

1 latte in the morning, 2 tit instant coffees at work and 2 cups of tea
Powered by caffeine 🤣

7:30am - one piece of sourdough toast with butter
12:30pm - chicken samosa and some slices of watermelon
3pm - salt and vinegar quavers
9pm - a salmon and tuna sushi set

9am - cappuccino

12pm - bagel with hummus and avocado 🥑

7pm - goats cheese, beetroot and walnut salad, fruit smoothie

I’m usually a one meal a day person but I’m on holiday 😎

Snack - spoonful of sugar free peanut butter
Dinner - home made ratatouille and pork chop, Aldi white chocolate ice cream lolly

Today for me was:
8.00am ish Granola bar and orange juice
11 ish Toasted teacake yes with butter! Mocha with skimmed milk
1.30pm Ham salad, mustard and mayo on granary bread some grapes and juice
4 ish jaffa cakes 3 but probably 4 🤣
7.30 ish Salmon, mediterranean rice and roasted peppers
10 ish cherry muller light yoghurt and Pepsi Max

2pm cheese toastie, crisps, a crunchie and a peach
6pm chicken, noodles, courgette, carrot, soy sauce, prawn crackers
7pm 4 x shortbread biscuit, cornetto, crisps, slice of cheese, cherries
10pm 2 x toast and butter
Only tend to drink water

Yeah some days I’m greedy and unhealthy, and I eat late at night.

I mean I’m eating pom bears and it’s 4am 😂

so today has been
10am sausage on toast
12pm 2 Lindt balls
2pm falafel salad
8pm spag bol
Now - pom bears haha

I am the epitome of health today

I'm pretty crappy with eating - not for any reason other than I get distracted and forget, especially when I get thrown out of whack by a night shift but yesterday I had:

10am: Banana, apple & orange - I'm fruit obsessed.
3pm: Cinnamon and raisin bagel
8pm: Vegetable stir fry with noodles

Breakfast- 2 x small bananas
Lunch- fish cake and chips portion
Supper- cheese ploughmans sandwich
Snacks- 4 x jam wagon wheels, 2 x sachets if fruit puréed baby food- prunes etc (I don’t have a baby but am in no fixed abode atm and is a good way of getting more vitamins!), Greggs cheese pizza and vegan sausage roll. 2 x cups of tea and bottle of caffeine free Diet Coke. Oh, and a shandy with lunch!

Thanks for thread. I am sadly obese atm for various reasons and it’s really helpful and cathartic to see this written down. And I LOVE seeing others’ menus!

Yesterday:

Breakfast - Blueberries, raspberries and strawberries, topped with mango and papaya Muller yoghurt.
Lunch - Egg mayo, tomato, cucumber and lettuce salad, bag of cheese and onion, 2 finger kitkat and a satsuma
Dinner - Home made enchiladas with rocket salad.
One cup of coffee for breakfast and the rest of the day lots of ice cold water.

Yesterday

Breakfast: greek yogurt & blueberries
Lunch: leftover chilli with rice & half an avocado
Dinner: beef casserole with a cheese cobbler topping (I was cold ok) and broccoli

snacks: some special K, a banana, a few squares of white chocolate

Today

Breakfast: cake! 😂 leftover maderia cake that my friend bought round on Monday
Lunch: Not feeling well so had my go to comfort lunch - pasta with cheese
Dinner - leftovers from last night
Snacks - flapjack square, yogurt & fruit
