L - roast dinner with a nut roast
D - spicy peanut tofu noodle thing I threw together

I have a vegan cream slice too that we picked up yesterday for later 😬

Breakfast - porridge
Lunch - 2 ham rolls
Snack - peanut snack bar
Dinner - pesto pasta again 😂

10:30 - prawn cocktail crisps
1:30 - couple of mini tuna wraps with tomato, salad and crispy onions
4:30 - grapes
8 - kidney bean chilli

drinks: water and pepsi max

Ahh I’ve had a naughty day today but it’s a Sunday, I’ll be good all week 👀🤣

breakfast: toast W butter
Lunch: cheeseburger and 2 chicken goujons
afternoon snack: three yes three cherry bakewells 😳🤪
Tea: salami, pastrami & chorizo subs W salad
snack: gonna have a big bag of flamin hot monster munch with a can of cherry coke

drinks: 2 cups of tea, can of relentless (I was so tired today) water throughout

Snacks: four quality streets (all fudge!)

11am - cappuccino

3pm - corn tortilla, refried beans, guacamole, rice and plantain. Red wine and tequila

Lunch at a friends place this afternoon. I’m so tired I really struggled to even hold a conversation. Anyone got a cure for constantly waking up in the night ???

Tbh if I have a drink or few 🍷 I don’t sleep well, I was awake for half an hour from 3am so thirsty

Yesterday :- I was at work so much grazing on bfast items occurred 😋

Bfast - 2 coffee . One hash brown. Two peices of bacon. 2 white toast. Croissant .
Lunch - left over fondant fancy from Macmillan coffee morning ( why don’t people like these? Everything else got snaffled but no one touched these)
Dinner - ham and cheese omelette. Microwave veg pack and a few chips.

drank a lot of water yesterday throughout the day.

Tbh if I have a drink or few 🍷 I don’t sleep well, I was awake for half an hour from 3am so thirsty
Same for me as well. I usually find I wake at 4am and wanting the toilet all the time with a parched mouth ( exacerbating the needing the loo problem coz I’m guzzling water).

Bored in class rn here goes:

B- 2 mugs of coffee with almond milk, 2 slices of whole wheat bread with semi salted butter. - this small broche thing - that was nasty and too processed. Pineapple juice
snack: 2 breaded crunchy toasts (you know the type you eat during apetizers) and a small apple.
L- a bowl of reheated lentils with garlic and a bit of carrot.
- another coffee
- more pineapple juice i think.
snack: orangina fizzy drink
then a big peanut bar
Dinner: - not really hungry rn since I just had the peanut bar, probably handful of cherry tomatoes, and a big carrot then a green tea if I'm still hungry before bed.

Breakfast - bacon ciabatta with a hash brown
Lunch - subway salad
Dinner - spicy peanut noodles
Snacks - LOADS! brownie and crispy bites from M&S and then some mozzarella, tomato and Parma ham lol. Back to being more controlled tomorrow 😂

No brekkie today just the usual oat milk coffee berocca and vitamins. Out of curiosity does anyone else take vitamins?

11:30am I had an egg and bacon bagel with ketchup
2pm a slither of birthday cake and a banana
5:30pm chili con carne with rice and homemade wedges

prob have a cuppa and got my eye on a box of malteasers in the fridge🐖

No breakie, morning snack: an apple
Lunch: cheese, red onion and tomato toastie
Afternoon snack: finished off the blueberry oat pancakes I made for the baby for lunch 🤪
Tea: spag Bol 🍝

gonna have a brownie for a snack soon. Just had loadsa water all day

I take multivitamins Blair 😘 I don’t eat them though so didn’t think to involve them on my days 😂

Just vitamin d, used to talk biotin but didn’t really notice much difference in hair growth

7am - coco pops and 3 crumpets w butter
10am - ham roll
12pm - 2 beef jamaican patty with a pack of Cadbury buttons
3pm - cheesestring
6pm - pasta bolognaise ready meal with garlic bread and a piece of artic roll

currently awaiting 2 triple cheeseburgers,chips, coke, 20 nugs, cheese share box and an apple pie (oh & Diet Coke)

juice n brews all day

Breakfast - Alpro plain yoghurt with granola
Lunch - scrambled egg and salmon flakes with a slice of thins bread toasted
Dinner - jacket potato cheese and beans

Had a couple of cups of tea. No snacks. Trying so hard to not snack mostly during the week!

7.30am - Cheerios.
9am - Tall Starbucks latte.
12pm - Half of a two piece Kit Kat.
1pm - Slice of toast with raspberry jam.
5pm - Two chicken rolls with homemade chips and salad.

Just finished half a bag of "To Share" Maltesers too 🤭

My period arrived and messed with everything today so I've not really had any proper meals, just snacks!

Some leftover tofu
Half a disgusting toasty
A peanut butter and Pringle sandwich
Some pringles
A bit of cheesecake
Some gummy sweets

I feel pretty shite! 😂

9pm - paneer and naan

Feeling irrationally angry about life and now I’ve eaten crap 💩
