Obsessed with these kind of threads!
Breakfast - bagel with bacon and cream cheese
Lunch - Smoothie
Dinner - 2 sausages with sweet potato and tender stem broccoli
Snacks - 2 cookies 🌚

1 coffee
2 fried eggs & fried grated cheese
1 chicken breast topped with Brussels pate
Lots of water
I’m trying keto & it’s amazing reduces my appetite & yes fried cheese is the bomb 😆

Breakfast -1 mr Kipling lemon slice ( my neighbour brought it over for me after the Melbourne earthquake happened 🙈)
Lunch - kale salad with broccoli, roasted chickpeas, tomato, feta and toasted seeds
Snack - an apple
Dinner - creamy garlic and chive chicken breast with sweet potato chips and steamed zucchini and carrot
Dessert - chocolate mud cake 😋

drinks - water 2x teas and 1 coffee

8am - iced almond milk latte

10am - slice of toast with butter

3pm - slice of cheese on toast, green salad. Apple juice

8pm - slice of veggie pizza, Prosecco

Just realised all my meals consisted of one slice of something 😁

Breakfast - bread with butter + hagelslag and a coffee
Lunch - 2 slices of toast with sundried tomato hummus and an apple
Snack - apple and a coffee
Dinner - spinach + ricotta tortelloni with a tomato sauce 😅 (going on holiday this saturday so we're scraping meals together with leftover items we have in the fridge so they don't go bad haha, for this we have leftover tomatoes, grated cheese and the tortelloni)
Snack - probably 'speculaas' with a cup of tea

During the day I drink mostly water and tea

Also, I feel like this list once again perfectly portrays how Dutch I am 😂

I’ve had today

Breakfast : sunflower seeded slice of bread with a slice of cheese and tomato
Lunch : Naked Katsu curry rice pot
Dinner : it will be a bowl of special K red berries 😂

ive had 2 packs of hula hoop pufts, a pack of pombears and a 99cal mars.

Sooo random, feel really snacky today.

I went out for tapas for tea and had a glass of Sauvignon blanc 😋

Hi, I love watching these videos on youtube & am going to start posting here to try hold myself accountable !
8:30 am - Caramel Nespresso Coffee Skimmed Milk
Breakfast 10am- Banana & Apple
Lunch 1-2pm- Asian Mince with sesame seeds& sugar snap peas & pepsi max (no sugar)
Snack 4pm- Popcorn
Dinner - Will be later on this evening & Chicken Kormas on the agenda tonight :)

B - nothing.
L - half a burger, small fries and a can of Pepsi.
D - nothing.

I haven't had much of an appetite for the past 5 months so my diet is pretty dire.

My diets been terrible the last couple of weeks because I’ve been off work and had covid… defo starting to be good again from Monday 🤣 got a busy weekend..

Coffee with oat milk, berocca and vitamins at 7am

another coffee and a chocolate croissant at 9:30am

went the pub again for lunch today 🤣🐖 had a chicken burger chips and salad and 2 black currant and sodas

had a cup of tea earlier, don’t think I’ll have any tea I’m still full up

Lunch: peri peri chicken pasta salad
Tea: garlic and chilli pork steaks with tenderstem brocolli and spicy rice
Snack: probs gonna have a hazelnut wispa gold while I watch tv 😋

2 cups of tea and a lot of water through the day

Breakfast = Blueberry and apple smoothie (FOGA) and a sweet&salty nut bar (Nature Valley)

Lunch= Mexican inspired falafel salad (Tesco), bag of cheese and onion squares.

Dinner = 2 plant based sausages (Tesco) in a bowl with half a can of Heinz beans and a little bit of leftover mozzarella. Cider lolly.

Snacks = Hot chocolate and a Jive bar (Aldi)

Drinks = Tea x 2, Coffee x 1, one glass of water.

B - peach baked oatmeal again and a coffee
L - same chick'n wrap as yesterday
Sn- nutty cereal bar before the gym
D - mushroom bourguignon (sp?), mash, cabbage and peas

I have a vegan Kit Kat for later if I want it.

Dinner - Parma ham, tomato, mozzarella and orzo salad with balsamic dressing and it was utterly fabulous 😁
