Hi, I love watching these videos on youtube & am going to start posting here to try hold myself accountable !
8:30 am - Caramel Nespresso Coffee Skimmed Milk
Breakfast 10am- Banana & Apple
Lunch 1-2pm- Asian Mince with sesame seeds& sugar snap peas & pepsi max (no sugar)
Snack 4pm- Popcorn
Dinner - Will be later on this evening & Chicken Kormas on the agenda tonight :)
Ended up going for caeser salad quick & easy when you can’t be arsed x

breakfast: porridge
Snack: Mango
lunch: turkey sandwich, kiwi yoghurt
dinner: roast beef dinner
Pear crumble for dessert!
Kiwi yoghurt ! I’m from Ireland , never seen that before sounds nice

9am - coffee

12pm - small slice of chocolate Guinness cake ( I made it last night for friends staying over)

2pm - baguette with mozzarella and roast peppers, crisps

7pm - mini cheese and onion roll, crisps

9pm - small slice of chocolate Guinness cake

Should have made a smaller cake as I’ll be eating this thing
all week now ☺

Back againnnn

7am - sausage on toast, coco pops, coco pop bar and brew i was absolutely starving this morning
10am - cinnamon whirl thing
12pm- chicken wrap, roast chicken crisps, m&ms, melon and grapes snack pack
2pm - wotsits x2
3pm - 3 digestives
5pm - jollof, suya, plantain, moi moi and banana custard
7pm - 4 rice cakes with nutella
9:30pm - Doritos and nacho cheese dip

brews and cordial all day too
and i am aware I'm a 🐖

B - nowt
L - jerk salmon and Prawns with wholegrain micro rice
D - macaroni cheese
S - two slices aldi tiger bread (amazing stuff) with lurpack and marmite. Marshmallow rice crispie bar. Quality street (think I had about 8) mini pork and pickle pie. Oh and a scotch egg.
D tit tonne of coffee and tea and a can of coke.

9am - Frosties
1pm - Tomato soup and a small roll
7pm - Brazilian chicken pie and chips
8pm - Slice of blue velvet cake

Drinks - 2 lattes, 1 coke and lots of water

Breakfast - oats with Greek yogurt banana and honey
Snack- mini vanilla cupcake with buttercream
Lunch - omelet with broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini, sweet corn, spring onion and mozerella
Snack - apple
Dinner - 1/2 bottle of rose with a hefty amount of cheese, crisps and chocolate pretzels shared with my neighbours 😃

Breakfast: usual smoothie (banana, blueberries, yogurt, milk, protein powder.

Snack: made a carrot cake so had some.

Dinner: stir fry

Dessert: pumpkin spice pecan ice cream

B- Banana, Two pieces of whole wheat toast with semi-salted butter. a mini croissant and a mini pain au chocolat.
3 large coffees and one prune.
- drinking a lot of water as well.
L- handful of tomatoes+piece of cooked salmon (garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, basil)
- small apple
snack: green tea +couple of prunes
D- small bowl of chocolate cereal with almond milk (couldnt find scissors for my soup)

L - chicken salad and half a cookie
D - breakfast for dinner (eggs, bacon, tomatoes etc)

2 small glasses of red wine 🍷

Evening snack - white chocolate buttons and half a beuno bar 😋

B - toast and jam and coffee
L - pukka vegan chicken pie
D - disappointing tofu katsu curry

Pre swim snack - blueberry graze flapjack thing

My aim for next week is more veg 😂

Breakfast= Peanut and coffee smoothie. Slice of crustless toast&butter.

Lunch = Ham salad wrap, cheese and onion squares and an Aldi Jive bar

Dinner = Fajita chicken pasta and a large glass of red wine.

Snacks=bowl of strawberries

Hot choc and 3 x rich tea in bed.

Oh I’ve ate a lot of shite today

Lunch: cheese on toast
Snack 1: cheese and onion baked crisps
Snack 2: pack of mini cheddars
Snack 3: a creme egg twisted and a dairy milk caramel out of a tub of heroes
Tea: just ordered a salt and pepper box from the chippy 🤣

drinks: water throughout the day, 3 cups of tea, a coffee and I’m gonna have a can of coke with my chippy. It’s Friday living it up aren’t I 😂

Lunch - Protein bar
Dinner - went out for dinner! Chicken panang, egg fried rice, Thai bbq lamb and chicken satay 🙌
Dessert - some Thai flavoured cake which was also amazing - stuffed!

L - half a cheese and cucumber sandwich, half a pack of sun bite crisps, half a banana, half a kit kat, 500ml water.
D - nothing.

11am - cappuccino with almond milk

1pm - bag of ready salted crisps

4pm - mini cheese and onion roll

6pm - raspberry and white chocolate scone

9pm - vegan shawarma loaded fries, slice of that bloody cake from yesterday

Anybody want a chocolate Guinness cake ? 😆

hectic day travelling so here goes
1- croissant, cappuccino and fruit
2- kinder hippo and 1/2 pack of oreos (lol)
3- some anzac biscuits (iykyk)
4- hummus and breadsticks
5- chicken pie
6- chicken crisps
7- toast and crumpet
8- half a crappy brownie and some more anzac biscuits
back home now so back on the routine

L: Quarter of a baguette with a filling of red Leicester cheese and ketchup, a handful of wotsits and a yoghurt
D: Microwave lasagne and the end of the baguette to mop it up
S: 5 chocolate brownie oreos

I've drunk about 2 litres of water and 1 can of coke zero

Bfast - coffee and bacon / halloumi on bagel
Lunch - leftovers - beef satay noodles
Tea - Tiktok recipe - pasta made with tomato paste/ cream cheese and threw in some frozen veggies. Half a tonne of cheese ( ok slight exaggeration 😂)
Snacks - beef hula hoops / a blueberry yogurt
Water through the day plus a grape Fanta zero
