What I eat in a day

B - bacon medallions on white bread with lurpack 😍
L - chicken chipolatas, Micro wholegrain rice (my fave rice) salad with olives, feta, Avocado, Plum tomatoes, spring oinion. Three Pears (teeny ones)
D - planning on tea and toast in bed once I've finished work at ten and got home ans settled.

Drinks - coffees, teas, sugar free pop.

6.30am 2 slices of toast and jam
9.15am cup of tea and 3 biscuits
1.45pm 2 samosa's and a flapjack, black coffee
3.30pm half a wispa gold hazelnut and a can of Pepsi max
No idea what we are having for tea. Am craving a happy meal but will probably be some sort of egg as have lots to use up.

Breakfast = coffee
Lunch = quorn chicken slices, spinach and sliced tomato sandwich
Dinner = 3 bean chilli and cheese in a baked potato with salad
Snacks = got a tub of pralines and cream Haagen Dazs in the freezer so probably have half of it tonight.

Today:

Breakfast - strong coffee
Lunch - Baked potato, cheese, pearl barley, beetroot and tomato salad and a small pot of plain yoghurt topped with raisins
Dinner - Oven baked salmon fillet with garlic and breadcrumbs, corn on the cob, grilled tomato and oven chips.
To drink: Rooibos tea and lots of water.

Coffee
Maple and pecan plait
Pepperami and smoked cheese
Fishcake, mash, carrots, parsley sauce
Water, water, water.

Breakfast: toast
Afternoon snack: cashew crunch bar from Lidl, it was rank but I only picked it up cos I was starving 🤣
Tea: pork casserole W crusty bread to dip in it 😋

just had a Lidl chocolate brownie AND a Lidl choc chip cookie

water throughout the day and 1 cup of tea

Breakfast= Salty peanut cereal bar (Nature Valley) and a beetroot and berry smoothie (FOGA).
Lunch= Hoisin duck wrap (Tesco), cheese and onion squares and a knock-off twix from Aldi.
Dinner= Plant based Kiev and some leftover gnocci. Cider lolly.
Snacks= An apple, and a Hot choc and 3 rich tea biscuits before bed.

L. 3 shortbread biscuits

Food shop! 🤣

D...prawn cocktail.....chicken kiev and home made ratatouille
7 or 8 cups of tea, water

Breakfast - ham on toast and a coco pop cereal bar and a brew
10am - melon
12pm - soba teriyaki noodles
2pm - crispy m&ms
3pm - wotsits
5pm - curry chicken and rice
7pm - Swiss roll but the one with ice cream
pending - 2 cinnamon bagels

Brews and cordial all day

B - peach baked oatmeal
Snack - cereal bar before my swim
L - this isn’t chicken/ Mayo/sweetcorn in a wrap with salad
D - veg curry and rice

and just ate a crap, stale donut while watching bake off. Yuk! Not worth it!

7am: tea with milk no sugar
9am: decaf coffee and carb killa bar at my desk
2pm: subway chicken salad, bottle of water
3pm: 2 squares dark choc
8pm: chicken korma (no rice)

9am - Plain porridge pot with a handful of raspberries.
1pm - Leftover paella from night before.
4pm - Cappuccino sachet and a Kit Kat.
6pm - Half a piri piri chicken pizza and a few dough balls with the garlic butter.

Drank water throughout the day too, probably not enough but hey ho.


I need to get out more probably, but I'm enjoying writing this down on here. It's beginning to be a little food diary, and interesting to see other people's meals too 😊

L: turkey sandwich with some cheddar cheese and a Peperami
T: homemade tomato soup with a buttered roll and a babybel cheese
