What I eat in a day

7am - cappuccino

3pm - slice of toast with hummus

6pm - half a portion of chips 🍟

9pm - cheese and pickle sandwich on brown bread, Prosecco

I really need to start eating better 😕

9am - Mini bagel with peanut butter, a latte and an OJ
1pm - Cheese sandwich and veggie chips
4pm - Handful of cashews
9.30pm - Macaroni cheese and a lemon/lime fizzy juice

Also lots of water throughout the day.

7.30am - Shreddies with sliced banana on top.
11am - Chocolate biscuit and a cappuccino sachet.
12.30pm - Roast beef and mustard sandwich, packet of Walkers cheese and onion. A few grapes afterwards.
6pm - Chicken and chorizo paella with two slices of garlic bread.

May have a few biscuits and a hot chocolate whilst watching the Bake Off later!

6.30am 2 slices of toast with butter and blackcurrant jam
9.30am pain au Chocolat
2pm jacket potato and cheese and beans. Flapjack
6pm half can of Heinz soup and 2 slices of bread. Dark chocolate blue riband bar
Will have a few biscuits later with a cup of tea and maybe a few peanut m&m's? Or Smarties?

Breakfast= Berrry&Beetroot smoothie (FOGA) and a Nature Valley salty peanut cereal bar.

Lunch= 4 spare ribs, bag of cheese & onion squares and one finger of a twirl.

Dinner= Prawn pasta salad (Tesco-only ate half), an apple, 2 Deliciously Ella hazelnut bites.

Drinks = 2 Costa vanilla lattes (oops) and 2 cups of tea.

No snacks today but then again I have had about a litre of calorific sweet coffee so there's also that.

Breakfast: egg tacos

Lunch: Greek yogurt w/ blueberries, chia seeds, honey, peanut butter.

Dinner: quesadilla (chicken, cheese and black beans) and some rice.

Snacks: protein bar, handful of gummy sweets.

Tea: chicken, mushroom and halloumi wraps
Snacks: trillionaire yumnut

B - baked oatmeal with peaches and Greek style soy yogurt (sooooo effing good and I’m glad I have enough for the rest of the week! 🤤 )

L - ready meal of chickpea pasta with arrabiatta sauce. It was fuckin vile and I’m still mad about it!

D - jacket potato and leftover lentil chilli. Tummy happy again!

Also my pmt made me buy donuts and I’m pretty excited about them.

B - nothing.

I’m obsessed with watching these on TikTok, purely because A. I’m a nosy cow and B. I’m a greedy cow 🤣 I’m also after some food inspo as I feel I eat the same stuff all the time. So I’ll go first…

7am - oat milk coffee and a berocca
9am - smoothie made with banana, spinach, peanut butter, cinnamon, ice and semi skimmed milk
1pm - homemade tomato soup and garlic bread
3:30pm - a MINCE PIE!!! It’s 1st sep 🤣🤣 and a cup of tea
5:45pm - piece of white fish, homemade wedges and peas
I’ve drank water through the day
i’ll prob have another cuppa tea and a couple of biscuits watching telly later

breakfast: them breadsticks you get with a Philadelphia dip and a skinny latte
Lunch: chorizo and cheese sandwich
Dinner: chicken pie, mash and brocolli
Snacks: smoothie and a boost ice cream
Drinks: Diet Coke, water and an irn bru diet

Lunch = vivera kebab, lettuce and red onion in pitta bread
Dinner = richmond veggie sausage casserole with roasties and boiled carrots
Snacks = empire biscuit, an apple, handful of cheese ball crisps, 2 ice poles

Same as yesterday’s brekkie and lunch.. berocca, vitamins, oat milk coffee and a green smoothie at 9am then a bagel for lunch at 2pm

An oat milk vanilla cappuccino and a lemon tart from costa about 11am

Boursin and cherry tomato pasta with a piece of garlic focaccia for tea about 6

I’ve just had a piece of Victoria sponge and a cup of tea watching bake off.. not the healthiest of days but it’s been great 🤣😋😋😋😋

b - coffee w/ sbux pumpkin spice coffee creamer x 2 with a toasted bagel w/ melted gouda
l - pickle and almonds. hot chocolate. ice water
d-Salad ( romaine/carrots/ cuc/chopped nuts/parm / chicken /)

Breakfast - golden syrup porridge with raspberries ,strawberrys & chia seeds
Lunch - 2 mini pancakes with 2 scrambled eggs
Snack - lotus biscoff sticks & dip
Dinner - viveria kebab meat one pitta bread/ lettuce, onion & sweet potato fries
2 bottles of water, one kenco lattee ( i allow myself one lattee a day) and a few cups of tea

Apple and pear
Half a roast beef sandwich
Packet of cheese and onion French fries
Celery and houmous
Half a margarita pizza
Few pieces of fudge

Loads of brews and sugar free pop.

Bit of a mish mash eating day today. Started a new job so trying to find my feet.

7am - crunchy nut cornflakes + brew
10am - belvitas
12pm- ham sandwich and walkers prawn cocktail
1:30pm - Kit Kat chunky
3:30pm - Pepsi and strawberry laces
5pm - west African chicken stew, rice and plantain
6:30pm - iced finger
9pm - 4 rice cakes w Nutella and brew

I drink brews and cordial throughout the day

Porridge for breakfast topped W/ seeds
slice of toast for lunch
brunch bar as a snack
two soy sauce honey glazed salmon fillets with sugar snap peas for tea
pear crumble for dessert

all yummy :)

9pm - vegetable lasagne and garlic bread, glass of Sauvignon blanc

Breakfast: four cups of coffee between 8-11am
12pm Lunch: two crumpets with butter
6pm dinner: jacket potato with cheese, chicken and a salad on the side
8pm: an entire sharing bar of peppermint areo

clearly I need to sort out my eating habits 😂 although I’m so busy with work today, and worked from 8am-10pm, so usually I’d eat better

1pm - Cheese sandwich and veggie chips
4pm - Cashews and a couple of squares of chocolate
9pm - Chicken tacos and some tortilla chips with salsa

Drinks - 2 lattes, 1 coke and lots of water
