What I eat in a day

B - bagel with oatly cream cheese and an iced soy latte
L - pasta with roasted veg / tomato sauce
D - seitan curry that I found in my freezer and a baked potato

lots of water, a cup of tea and a few bits of liquorice throughout the day too.

Breakfast- Pastel de Nata and a cuppa
Lunch- Prawn pasta salad and a granola square
Dinner- Toby Carvery (but just had ALL the veg, mint sauce & gravy 😋 🤷‍♀️)

First day of having my hypnotherapy gastric band. Main difference is portion size - I feel full really easily and it’s taken me about 4 times longer than usual to eat. That’s really helpful for me as I habitually scarf food down with little or no thought to whether I’m hungry or full tbh. It’s strange to eat mindfully and I SO enjoyed every bite of my food today. I don’t feel like I’ve made any healthier choices but I’ve eaten less and enjoyed it more so first impressions are that it’s probably going to be quite effective (but nice steady losses not a huge drop?)

Breakfast - Glass of apple juice and a coffee
Dinner - Cod bites a cup of tea
Tea - Chicken roast

I’ve also drank about 1 litre of water today

Really want some snacks but might go brush my teeth and get into bed to watch tv to stop myself 🙈
This did not work out for me. On the way to brush my teeth I made a cup of decaf tea and ate a chocolate bar first 😂 No self control!

Fun thread! An interesting insight into others meal plans & food! Today.

brekkie - 1 mocha & 1 mini pain au chocolate
Lunch - bagel thin with avocado, tuna & kimchi
Dinner - mini vegan pie, roasties, veggies, mash, gravy
Snacks - 3 mini kids cookies, mango slices, flat white coffee

just fighting the urge to snacks loads now, probs going to bed early!

Still out of action with covid 😷
Tea (strong Yorkshire tea with milk no sugar) and toast (white warbys with lurpak)
A packet of veg crisps from aldi dipped in Moroccan hummus
Water, 2 more teas and a can of Coke..
Might have some cheese and crackers later if I’m still awake to watch vigil!!!

Really hoping I’m back to normal in the next day or so I feel so out of sorts and sluggish!!!
Love how you list the brand. 😊

11am - iced latte

1pm - cheese toastie and a bonfire hot chocolate (from the best food van in the world at the Giants Causeway )

9pm - slice of vegan pizza, veggie taco 🌮, glass of grapefruit juice

11pm - handful of lentil crisps, small sliver of Victoria sponge

Ill do yesterday cause Ive not had anything yet today.

7am - Black coffee
10am - Protein iced coffee
4.30pm - katsu chicken curry with sticky rice and spicy roasted cauliflower.

7pm - Had 3 small glasses shiraz (less than half a bottle) and a biscoff slice tray bake thing, it really wasnt that great, regretted it 😂 Had a really stressful weekend and usually Id go a long walk with the pooch but was waiting on the results of a PCR test for someone in the house so was cooped up and miserable.

Still not 100% but had a better day today! …
11:30am chicken sausage and egg on toast

3pm cup of tea and a chocolate orange skinny bar and a banana

I’ve just had a piece of chipotle chicken with tenderstem broccoli and crispy garlic Rosemary and Parmesan potatoes 😋

had 3 bottles of water too

Breakfast = coffee and grapes
Lunch = tomato cup a soup and cheese and pickle sandwich
Dinner = Macaroni cheese and fries
Snacks = twister ice lolly and 2 cans of Diet Coke

Dinner - kebab on Naan shared with my eldest and a slice of cheesy garlic bread
Snack - few bits of white Toblerone and a reeces peanut butter cup

I've eaten absolute shite today but not every day is like this.

I won't eat now for the rest of the day cos of eating shite all night every night making me feel rubbish 🙄😏

Breakfast= Cereal bar ( Nature Valley Sweet&Salty dark chocolate nut)
Lunch= Ham salad roll, handful of lentil crisps, granola square
Dinner= 10 Itsu vegetable gyoza, orange fruit juice lolly
Snacks=8pm hot chocolate and 3x rich tea biscuits

Breakfast - bacon sandwich
Lunch - Fage zero yogurt with way too much honey 😋
Dinner - kebab on Naan shared with my eldest and a slice of cheesy garlic bread
Snack - few bits of white Toblerone and a reeces peanut butter cup

Dinner - Ham and mustard sandwich and two caramel snack’a’jacks
Tea - Bolognese with mince and bacon lardons but with rice because I didn’t realise I had run out of spaghetti! And a can of coke
Snacks - TBC. I will once again try not to snack this evening and fail 😂

Also drank one litre of water today.

All I’ve had to eat today is a small breakfast from the butty shop round the corner. I’m not well and couldn’t even stomach that!
1 sausage, 1 bacon, mushrooms, hash browns and beans. 2 slices of toast.
Nutella milkshake to help my sore throat & loadssssss of water throughout the day. 1 cup of tea

Might have a snack, maybe a wispa gold

I’ve forgotten to update the last few days!

breakfast: just two boring weetabix
Cuppa tea, banana
lunch: carrot and coriander soup w/ crackers
prawn cocktail crisps
My son then opened a packet of crisps I had to finish off the dregs of and then he ate 2/3 of an apple I finished off
dinner: jacket pot w/cheese and beans finished off with a cuppa decaf tea post workout 🙌🏻

Porridge for breakfast with a sliced peach on top
Turkey sandwich for lunch
Alpen bar as a snack, the strawberry one cos it tastes nicest
Had the curry I was thinking about having yesterday with a bread roll. It was really nice although now I'm hungry again! Last night I just had toast (also nice. Now I really want some toast.)
Not much water today, maybe 500mls? Oops lol.

No breakfast, nibbled at some bbq pringles and skittles whilst writing code and sitting through meetings (10am-ish)
Lunch was a really big bowl of noodles and quorn with peanut satay sauce that I thought would cheer me up but I only managed to eat half of it
Dinner (?) was the rest of the pringles and a cup of earl grey tea

Can't motivate myself to eat like a normal person 😐

11am - cappuccino

2pm - one vegan sausage, half an avocado and slice of toast, flat white

9pm - truffle mash and cheese and onion pie (ate half), 2 chocolate truffles, glass of Prosecco

It’s my wedding anniversary … not sure how I feel about that tbh, but I went along with it and ate some of the meal he cooked.
