What I eat in a day

Breakfast: crunchy nut cornflakes with semi skimmed milk
Lunch: cheese and pickle sandwich
Dinner: salt and pepper chicken wrap

got a pear and almond tart for later, had water and tea ☕

Breakfast- Wholemeal toast x 2 (1 marmite, 1 peanut butter. No crusts- obvs)
Lunch- Ham salad wrap, packet of cheese & onion squares, and an apple.
Dinner- Small edamame salad, chicken sandwich. Orange juice lolly.

Drinks- about 20 litres of tea, with skimmed milk.

Probably a hot chocolate and 3 x rich tea before bed later, because I’m like a little old lady who likes routine 👵🏽😜

Aww man this thread is such a witch for making me fancy things when I can’t actually be arsed to go and make/buy them.Really fancy some crunchy nut now.

Breakfast = a kiwi fruit and a peach
Lunch = baked potato with beans and salad
Dinner = Linda McCartney duck pancakes, I added sliced cucumber and spring onions
Snacks = a kinder bueno and will eat a big bag of roast chicken sensations later watching the football.
It seems to be my routine to eat healthy meals and unhealthy snacks 😂

I had a lovely breakfast at a cafe of sweetcorn fritters with avo and black beans! So good.
Lunch was a disappointing vegan pasty and for dinner I’ve ordered a tofu katsu curry and some edamame - it should be here soon. Pretty excited about it.

I even have some vegan cake for later if I want it. It’s been a good day off! 😂

Breakfast - Apple juice and a coffee
Dinner - A breakfast bar
Tea - Sweet chilli chicken stir fry with sugar snap peas

Also had 1.5L water. Didn’t manage to up it to 2L today.. not feeling great so will try again tomorrow!

Same @reCAPTCHA i was influenced to buy crunchy nut🤣 I wouldn’t dream of eating it usually but I’m still ill with covid so living life on the wild side. They did not disappoint 😋

Breakfast: toast with butter
Afternoon: an apple
Tea: chicken casserole with crusty bread to dip in it
Drinks: cup of tea, caramel latte macchiato, loads of water

Breakfast : 2 coffees

Dinner : Pitta bread with hummus

Tea : Crispy chilli beef with rice and a twirl

Had 1L of peach squash during the day & a can of Diet Coke

9am - cappuccino

11am - cinnamon bun and a latte

3pm - half a slice of focaccia

9pm - cauliflower cheese soup, slice of seeded bread. Viscount biscuit

I started eating Crunchy nut at the start of the year after Tesco suggested it. I'm still obsessed.

Yesterday;
B: Crunchynut with oat milk and coffee
L: two poached eggs with hummus on toast and some grilled tomatoes.
D: pasta with tomato and mascarpone sauce and loads of roasted veggies

Snacks: candyfloss grapes, hummus crisps and some maoams

Drank about 1.5l of water. Started really well, but got behind after tea.

Well I’ve just had a mini chocolate Yule log for breakfast so I reckon I’ll be eating loads of junk today 🤣🤣

Breakfast: toast with butter and 'hagelslag' (I'm dutch haha, but it's basically chocolate sprinkles)
Snack: apple
Lunch: leftover burrito with grilled veggies, hummus and sriracha + some grapes

Will probably have another apple as a snack and the plan is to have sweet potato, salmon, grilled bell pepper and mushrooms for dinner

Just found this post, it's lovely to see what "real" (anonymous!) people eat, rather than the Insta perfect stuff you normally come across.

For me today, it's been

6am coffee with oat milk
7am homemade flapjack
10am protein shake
Lunch Lidl bakery roll with cheese, some "Pop Corners" crisps, melon, another piece of flapjack
Dinner later will be sweet potato fries, Quorn nuggets and some veggies and later probably another bit of flapjack!

I feel like if my kids ever find out about this cultural phenomenon they are going to transition to being Dutch and claim it’s part of the rich tapestry of their heritage to cover their toast in chocolate sprinkles.

You learn a new thing every day!

B - nothing too busy
L - jacket potato, no butter, beans and sprinkle of red Leicester. Mini gherkins (spicy) I left most of the jacket potato, got bored of it with no butter on 🤣
D - garlic and herb chicken drumstick things from the bitchers. Garlic and rosemary roast potatoes in olive oil. Peas.
S - cheese and onion ringos, half a honeydew melon.
D - coffees, coke zero and a gin tin. Best get on the tea and water lol.

Edited to add a chunk of stilton I'm planning on eating later lol

New to the thread 😊 I've loved reading through all of your yummy meals!

Breakfast - Cheerios cereal bar and a banana.
Lunch - Instant porridge pot with some raspberries and grapes.
Dinner - Homemade burgers and baked chips.
Snacks - A veggie samosa and two bite sized flapjacks.

I left most of the jacket potato, got bored of it with no butter on 🤣
I feel this in my very soul 😂 My husband hates too much butter and doesn’t like sauces really. We are opposites. He was standing next to me once as I was putting butter on my jacket potato and was like bleeping hell do you want some potato with that butter.” Cheeky twit. I put so much butter on sandwiches he would mistake it for a slice of cheese.

Salty butter can make so many things in my sad little life feel better. On a jacket spud. Lots of pepper. On thickly sliced toast. 😋😋

Breakfast= Peanut and coffee smoothie (FOGA) with Oat milk.
Lunch= Leftover pasta and veg. Bag of cheese and onion squares.
Dinner= Pineapple rice. Orange juice lolly.

Hot chocolate and 3 x rich tea before bed.

Am trying to come to terms with the painful realisation that if I’m unwilling to exercise (bar a very slow 45 min walk with the dog where 100% don’t raise my heart-rate 😆), and still want to lose weight I might have to ditch the pre-bed hot chocolate and biscuits. 😭
